Advancement of the digital media has brought, upon requests from users, the evolvement of space into various forms. Stories, information, and events in such diverse forms of space have evolved in parallel. Interactions between senses of sight, touch, and hearing and the sophisticated movements of the media serve as triggers for responses in the spatial environment. The thesis focuses on analysis on the expression and language of spatial design in accordance with expressional types of the spatial environment. The responsive environmental space means the space where reacts and adapts to the interaction between humans and nature naturally, rather than to mechanical signals or pre-set configurations. The responsive space, in that sense, could be considered a space with artificial intelligence (IA). Space with real intelligence would cause unexpected, complicated issues and it would be only humans, after all, that could respond to such issues. This means the users of the responsive space should always be humans.

렘 콜하스의 PRADA 공간에서의 유동적 프로그램 특성 연구

현대건축에서 공간의 용도와 건축가들의 의도에 의해 공간의 구조와 형태가 결정되어지는 기능주의적 프로그램인 모더니즘 건축의 시각에서 벗어나, PRADA공간에서 나타나는 동적, 유기체적 프로그램의 특성과 불확실성의 재해석, 개방적이며 가변적 공간 구성의 프로그램 특성 분석을 통하여 나타난 유동적 프로그램의 특성을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연속, 불연속의 공간언어가 표현된, 다양성과 적응성의 특징을 가진 가변성(Variability)이다. 둘째, 프로그램의 실제적 움직임의 공간표현인 이동성(Migratory)이다. 이동성은 복합과 형태 변이성을 가지는 공허의 전략으로 설명된다. 셋째, 프로그램의 특성은 일시성(Impermanency)이다. 프로그램의 분해와 통합을 통한 공간의 재해석과 혼합은 이벤트로 설명되고 있다. 넷째, 위치의 등치를 통한 등방성과 공간의 모호함으로 설명 되어지는 비선형성(non-linearity)이다. 이러한 프로그램의 유동적 특성은 OMA/AMO의 프로그램의 전략과 유동적 프로그램의 언어인 1. ``공허(Emptiness)의 전략``, 2. ``공간의 모호성(Ambiguity)``, 3. 위치의 등치(等値)를 통한 ``등방성(Isotropy)``, 4. ``분해(Disassemble)와 통합(Integration)``, 5. ``연속(Continuity)과 불연속(Discontinuous)``의 특징을 내포 하고 있다. 렘 콜하스의 PRADA공간 작업을 통해 나타난, OMA/AMO의 유동적 프로그램의 특성분석은 프로그램의 다양한 측면들에 대한 종합적 탐구, 그리고 그것을 뒷받침하기 위해 동원하는 새로운 건축, 미디어적 이론들의 도입과 시각적, 공간적인 재 디자인을 위한 다양한 프로그램의 방법론적 접근이라고 할 수 있다. In modern architecture, free oneself from a viewpoint in modernism of architecture in functionalist program which is decided to structure and form of space by spatial use and architectonic intention, analysis of characteristic in fluid program-through analysis of characteristic program of dynamic, organic program characteristic and reinterpretation of uncertain, analysis of characteristic program of open and variable space composition in space of PRADA is following. First, It is variability which has characterized diversity, adaptability expressed continuous and discontinuous language in space. Second, It is migratory expressed by space made by practical movement in program. It is explained by strategy of empty that has complexity and alternation of form. Third, program`s characteristic is impermanency. It is expressed in Event which is a spatial reinterpretation and mixture through a disassemble and assemble with program. Forth, it is non-linearity explained by isotropy and obscurity of space through same of location. These characteristic in fluid program involve in which strategy of emptiness, spatial ambiguity, isotropy of space through same of location, a disassemble and assemble and a continuity and discontinuity with fluid program language and strategy of OMA/AMO in program. Rem Kolhas`s processing in space of PRADA, analysis of characteristic of OMA/AMO in fluid program can say that it is a synthetic study about various aspects of the program, new using construction to support it, instruction of media theory, and a methodological approach of various programs for visual, spatial a lot of design.
