It is a groundwork for development of Literature education to study periodicals relating to Children Literature and grope where children Literature should head for. These magazines provide nourishment to publishing market, present direction of publishing through telling good books from bad books and regulate the harmful publication. Therefore when these magazines play their role actively, development of children literature will be promoted and literature edu- cation in elementary can get plenty of materials for classes. `children Literature Criticism` was published to be helpful for Korea Children Literature through critiques and studying reports. However it doesn`t performs well its role because of week point of criticism in actual state of Korea. I want this magazine to pay more attention to `critiques`. The literary works reported in `children Literature` are under the level of quality in general. It has to be stricter in selecting what to publish. I suggest that they have to make sections for monthly reviews or criticism and activate the creation through selecting better works and review them. System for producing new writer has to be considered. Range of writers of `Uh-rin-ee Literature` is limited because this magazine is closely related to the organization The organization of `Uh-rin-ee Literature`. For this reason, it doesn`t reflects various viewpoints of every writer. Their having distinct characteristic is good for us in children literature world, it can be too narrow-minded and boring to be reached easily by readers. Also it can lose their representativeness. `Chang-bi Children` is playing a role of criticizing and guiding not only children`s literature but also chddren s culture in general. Therefore parents of students and teachers place their hope on ths magazine. They seem to try to make good magazine with their aim of active communication between writers and readers`, `arranging a place for discussion children`s literature`. `Korean Children`s verses specializes in children`s verses. Therefore they re expected to report more profound discussion than other magazines do. Yet the feature articles and criticism have no depth even though the literary works are distinguished. Children should be real readers for children literature but the `actual` real readers are a writer of children`s stories, teachers and reviewers. I hope warmly welcomed by children would be established.

This paper deals with developing an Expert system for tool selection using knowledge base system approach, and its application. For the sake of building of knowledge base, the information from process through sensor, tool handbook and interview with expert are referrenced and managed. The system developed shows good application flexibility in providing the actual cutting process with the selection of tool(insert, holder) and cutting conditions(feed, speed, rake type, and so on), is found as a useful system for real-time machining process. The Expert system for tool selection is written in TURBO PROLOG ver. 2.0 for inference engine capability, and can be run in interactive mode for user friendliness. In order to apply the system developed in actual cutting process, more parameters should be considered and scrutinized, and the system should be further extended in modular basis.

A significant amount of labor hour is being spent for clean up spent abrasives after blasting. So, for improving the efficiency of abrasive(grit) recovery process which acts as the neck of a battle in preceding coating stage, it was established the theoretical background for pneumatic transport technology in the abrasive recovery system as well as experimentally evaluated the effect of design parameters such as flow pattern, saltation<br/> velocity and pressure drop on the efficiency of the abrasive recovery system. And, by optimizing the operating parameter such as the length and diameter of suction hose, specification of recovery device, recovery mouth and hose connection method, a method which can dramatically increase the efficiency of abrasive recovery system, is derived.
