Large-scale active solar heat systems are generally using heat exchanger between collector and storage tank loops to prevent damage by freezing. It is difficult to maintain stratification in a storage tank in the system owing to greater flow rate enhancing heat transfer. In the previous study, we introduced a spiral-jacketed storage tank and obtained good results to keep system performance of general level without better stratification. We added a scroll-shaped heat exchanger coil on the upper part in the spiral-jacketed storage tank. As a result of the experiment, it was verified that degree of stratification of the new type storage tank is higher than that of the previous one with a possibility of better collector efficiency and solar fraction.

The strength of adhesively bonded joints applied to automotive degrade when the joints are exposed to high temperature or high humidity environment because of the property degradation of adhesive. In this paper, the strength of adhesively bonded joints were analyzed by finite element method with respect to specific moisture concentration.<br/> From the investigation, it was found that the strength of adhesives decreased as the absorbed moisture content increased, while the strength of the adhesively bonded joints decreased less compared to that of the adhesives due to moisture swelling effect. Also it was found that the moisture swelling released the thermal residual stress induced during fabrication. <br/>

본 논문은 위성의 정밀 자세제어를 위해 사용하는 반작용 휠에 대한 소프트웨어 모델을 시뮬링크로 구현한 것에 대한 소개문서이다. 반작용 휠의 전기적인 특성 파라미터를 셋팅하고, 위성에 반작용 휠들이 장착되는 장착 각을 설정할 수 있는 기계적인 항목들 또한 포함하고 있다. 반작용 휠의 모델 방정식을 전기적 모터 방정식으로부터 유도하여, 이를 정리하였다. 또한, 구현한 반작용 휠 시뮬링크 모델을 강체에 적용하여 구동결과를 보여주고 있다. This paper cites that reaction wheel which is widely used on precisely controling a spacecraft is designed with Simulink as a software model. Electrical Characteristics and Mechanical ones of reaction wheels are applied to the simulation model and those equations are summarized for helping understanding. Moreover, results of numerical simulations with rigid body model show that the designed software model of reaction wheels is known to be well operated under its set parameter values.
