베이비부머 세대의 평생교육 참여동기가 성공적노화에 미치는 영향: 학습몰입의 매개효과

본 연구는 베이비부머 세대의 성공적인 노화에 관한 연구로, 베이비부머 세대의 평생교육 참여동기가 성공적노화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 이들 간 관계에서 학습몰입이 매개효과를 보이는지 구조적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 베이비부머 세대의 평생교육 참여동기는 성공적노화에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 베이비부머 세대의 평생교육 참여동기는 학습몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 베이비부머 세대의 학습몰입은 성공적노화에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 베이비부머 세대의 평생교육 참여동기와 성공적노화의 관계에서 학습몰입은 통계적으로 유의미한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 베이비부머 세대의 성공적노화에 미치는 영향에서 평생교육 참여동기의 중요성을 확인하였고, 학습몰입과 같은 역량을 강화할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 베이비부머 세대는 초고령사회에 접어는 시점에서 핵심적인 인력으로 부가될 것이기 때문에 국가차원에서 베이비부머 세대 교육의 운용방안에 대한 연구를 강화하고, 고령사회에 노인의 성공적노화를 향상시키기 위해서는 적극적이고 체계적으로 교육적 관점에서 접근해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study, which concerns the successful aging of the baby boomers, is to examine the impact of the motivation for baby boomers to participate in life-long education in their successful aging and structurally verify whether learning engagement show a mediating effect in their relationship. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the baby boomer generations motivation to participate in life-long education has a direct effect on successful aging. Second, the baby boomer generations motivation to participate in life-long education has a direct effect on learning engagement. Third, learning engagement of the baby boomer generation has a direct effect on successful aging. Forth, it was found that learning engagement had a statistically significant mediating effect in the relationship between motivation to participate in life-long education and successful aging of the baby boomer generation. As such, this study showed the importance of the motivation to participate in lifelong learning in the impact upon the successful aging of baby boomers, while confirming that capacities such as learning engagement need to be enhanced. Since baby boomers will be added as key personnel at the point of entering a super-aged society, more active and systematized educational view should be used as approaching method to reinforce the study on national level baby boomers education plan and to improve the successful aging of the elderly. In addition, as we become a super-aged society, baby boomers will be recognized as an importance workforce.

요양보호사의 보상체계가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향: 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 요양보호사의 보상체계가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에서 임파워먼트에 관한 매개효과를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구는 수도권 소재 장기요양기관에 근무하는 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사한 371명의 자료를 SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 요양보호사의 보상체계인 급여적 보상, 비급여적 보상은 모두 임파워먼트에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 임파워먼트는 직무만족도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 보상체계인 급여적 보상, 비급여적 보상은 모두 직무만족도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 요양보호사 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 살펴보면, 보상체계인 급여적 보상, 비급여적 보상이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 임파워먼트는 부분매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 요양보호사의 임파워먼트 향상을 위해 실무교육을 개편하여 장기요양인력의 전문성 강화가 필요함을 시사한다. This study examined the mediating effect of empowerment within the impact of the compensation system for caregivers upon job satisfaction. For this study, the data from 371 survey participants conducted with caregivers in long-term care homes within the Capital Area were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The findings were as follows. First, the compensation systems for caregivers, financial compensations and non-financial, had a positive impact on empowerment. Second, the empowerment of caregivers had a positive impact on the job satisfaction of caregivers. Third, the compensation systems for caregivers, which were financial and non-financial compensation, had a positive impact on job satisfaction. Fourth, as for the mediating effect of caregiver empowerment, empowerment had a significant mediating effect on the influence of the compensation systems, which were financial and non-financial compensations, upon job satisfaction. Therefore, it would be necessary to restructure job training and enhance the long-term caregivers expertise to enhance the empowerment of those caregivers.

The summer heat due to global warming is getting progressively worse each year. In particular, the unprecedented heat wave in summer 2016, average and maximum temperatures compared to the normal 0.9-1.6 ℃, 0.9-2.2 ℃ higher incidence was observed in the issues of society during July and August. In the case of the city center, as the heat of the daytime is stored in the ground, it does not evaporate normally by dust, lack of greenery and waterfronts led to the heat island phenomenon. Thus, a cool-roof way to reduce the urban heat island phenomenon is getting attention. A cool roof is a method to lower the temperature of the roof surface by increasing the emissivity and solar reflectance. Reduced heat entering the interior roof surface temperature is lowered and helps to reduce summertime indoor temperature. In addition, it is also effective on urban tropical nights mitigated by reducing nighttime heat emitted by the heat storage structure. In this study the effect before and after by installing a cool roof to the actual building will be observed. The subjects measured where surface temperature, room temperature at the same time and environment at the Gangnam Community Health Center by installing a cool roof on 34% of the whole roof surfaces, located in Gangnam, Seoul. Measurement results show that the surface temperature of the roof construction is effective up to 12.9 ℃ reduced measurement period during the summer months, while indoor room temperature showed a difference of up to -1.46 ℃. In winter, the cool roof room’s average indoor temperature differences are -0.17℃ and 31% of the days were warmer compared with the uninstalled room. So the result shows that the cool roof did not significantly effects on increasing the heating load. In order to expand the cool roof enhanced reliability through various case analyses, form and scale, the form of a roof on a building should precede and be reviewed for a variety of environment-friendly techniques and applying green roof, cool roof and solar to be made in accordance with the conditions of the building.
