본 연구의 목적은 보육교사가 현장에서 동료 교사를 통해 들어보거나, 또는 직접 경험한 아동학대 사례 등을 통하여 보육교사들이 겪는 어려움이 무엇인지, 아동학대의 예방 및 근절을 위해 요구하는 바람들은 어떠한 것들이 있는지 심층적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 충청남도의 보육교사 10명을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 연구방법은 심층면담을 사용하였다. 연구결과 보육교사는 아동학대를 경험하며, 외부로부터 받는 시선과 인식, CCTV를 의식하며 놀이 참여자의 역할을 수행하고 있는 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 또한, 동료교사의 고충에 공감하며, 내면에 일어나는 좌절감등의 경험으로 무너지는 신념의 어려움을 시사하고 있었으며, 보육교사들의 바람으로는 ‘쉼’ 으로 인한 심리적 회복과 보육 현장을 고려한 재교육의 실천, ‘좋은 교사’로 존중 받고, 신뢰 받으며 보육 현장에서 살아가기를 기대하고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 어린이집에서 아동학대와 관련한 보육교사들의 어려움을 이해하며, 아동학대를 통하여 저하되는 보육교사들의 직무만족도를 회복할 수 있는 대응책을 마련하고, 아동학대 예방 및 근절을 위한 프로그램 개발에 적용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purposes of this study is to investigate both the difficulties day care center teachers experience and the teachers’ desires to prevent and eliminate child abuse by listening to their colleagues and looking at direct experiences of the teachers. This study subjects included 10 day care center teachers in Chungnam province and in-depth interview was used for data collection. As a result, the teachers were having difficulties as a participant in activities due to their child abuse experiences, external perception and recognition, and their awareness of CCTV, Also, the results implicated difficulties in maintaining beliefs caused by sympathizing with colleagues’ difficulties and by experiencing sense of frustration from inside that led the teachers to hope for psychological recovery with ‘rest’, re-training programs in consideration of educational space, and life as ‘a good teacher’ respected and trusted in the field of child care. It is a hope that there will be an understanding of the difficulties child care teachers face in relation to child abuse in child care centers, countermeasures prepared to restore child care teachers’ job satisfaction which is degraded through child abuse, and programs developed for child abuse prevention and elimination based on the results of this study.

The results of this study on Si solar cell supplying home e!ectric energy in Cheju Province are as follows, 1) The weather conditions for generating the electric power by Si-solar cell are quite well. That is. about 68 days are fine anJ about 100 days of 218 days has more than 50% cloud amiunt. 2) In Cheju, the average electric power each home needs for a year is 1,449kWh. If we have Si-solar cell source systems on the roof of our home by about 3.3㎡, considering the energy loss, we will be able to generating 2,187kWh electric energy and in this solar cell system, another problem is that we should have aid-facilities such as storage battery. 3) At present, it is true that the solar cell electric power system is not economy because of its establishment expenses. For the future, if the economy of this solar cell electric power system should be considered at the proper price, this solar cell system will be used and applied in many ways.
