The research estimated the relationship of the quality of college education service on satisfaction, attitude and loyalty using EDT(Expectation Disconfirmation Theory). An online survey carried out to students of 225 majoring in airline service management. The results of structural equation model show that expected education service quality had a positive impact on perceived education service quality. Perceived education service quality influenced positive impact on satisfaction and attitude, which in turn influenced loyalty. The final results of this provide theoretical and practical implications or college administrators in charge of recruiting students.
