In this study, anisotopic yield function is proposed for the numerical analysis of reinforced tunnel ground with grouting. For this, material properties of the reinforced ground both by equilibrium as well as kinematic condition along the interface and by the mean field theory of Eshelby (1957} and Zhao (1990) are compared with each other and, as a result, the advantage/disadvantage of the proposed models are summarized. Finally, reinforced ground around tunnel with grouting is analyzed numerically. A new anisotropic yield function model is shown to be more reliable than the previous one and the predicted result is agreeable with the experimental data available.

In this paper, the process of development of resilient sleepers, which improves the train safety, passenger comfort and reduces the noise and vibration, is presented. To optimize the bonding method between elastic pad and PC sleeper, special pad shape like arrow is adopted and is applied in manufacturing. Bonding strength and reduction effects of vibration of the resilient sleepers are experimentally investigated. From the experiment results, it is investigated that the bonding strenth is enough to satisfaction the criteria and the vibration characteristic is also more effective for sleeper with elastic pad than that in ordinary PC form. These results indicate that the elastic pad can reduce possibility of rail-corrugations and thus resulting in the reduction of maintenance costs.

This paper suggests to standardize railway accident restoration types as the standardized code and to develop standard operation procedures(SOP) for the efficient railway accident management and recovery system. First of all, occurred damage types as the existing railway accident types in both domestic and foreign cases have been carefully analyzed and then reclassified. Therefore, this study suggested the combination of 3 distinct code factors: restoration class, restoration object, and restoration location to standardize them. In addition, temporary restoration SOP will play a major role in the railway accident database management system and SOP for the damage limitation and the prevention of accident spread.

The social and economical value assessment of railway facilities implies unaccountable values such as: reduction of travel time, reduction of car accident, reduction of air pollution. However, the value of railway facilities has been evaluated as the transportation and management results. The investment and management results of railway need to be considered objectively. Therefore, this study established the economical value assessment method of railway facilities composed of 10 items of economical value through the existing a preliminary assessment investigation, a manual of railway investment assessment, paper study. In addition, this study proposed the strategy for the value assessment of railway facilities before and after.
프리캐스트 바닥판을 사용한 강합성거더교의 장기기동 해석

The precast concrete deck is one of suitable solutions for replacement and new construction in urban area. However, the precast concrete deck could be a weak point of the steel plate girder bridges structurally due to the connections between precast panels in the longitudinal direction. Thereafter, it is necessary for improvement of durability and load carrying capacity to introduce the prestress force in the longitudinal direction Some cracks of connections at the precast concrete deck may be occurred due to live loads, the difference of temperature and long-term effects. The shrinkage and creep of concrete may significantly affect long-term behaviors which occur tensile stresses at the precast concrete deck of steel plate girder bridges. In this study, the time-dependant analysis program has been developed to determine the initial prestress force in the longitudinal direction considering loss of stress at the precast concrete deck. Also it has been estimated the initial prestress force by construction stages and shapes of girder.
틸팅차량과 용접형 판형교의 동적 상호작용에 관한 해석적 고찰

After the development of practical technology for tilting system, tilting trains are operated on conventional lines of KORAIL. As the running speed of trains is increased, it is very important to investigate the dynamic characteristics of plate girder bridges with direct track fixation. Therefore, this paper reviews the dynamic interactions between tilting train and welded plate girder bridges designed by L-22, a standard load type of KORAIL. The span lengths of plate girder analyzed here are 6.6m, 9.7m, 12.9m, 16.0m, 19.2m, 22.3m, 25.4m and 31.1m. Using 2-D dynamic analysis, the critical velocity of tilting train, vertical deflection ratios of plate girder and maximum accelerations of car body are calculated. And the analytical results are compared with those of design criteria.
