The purpose of this study is to interpret negative aspects of essential factor of highschool girl students' discipline activity. The following is the summary of the result of data which has been collected and analyzed to accomplish the purpose of this study. First, the cause of breakup in discipline activity is due to 'grouping' with close friends and a conflict among students which is against the positive effects of discipline activity and is led to emotional explosion among the students. Second, perceived negative factors of highschool girl students in the program are uniform activities which is similar to the ones of the discipline courses in the elementary and middle school, and strictly controlled course which is lack of autonomy.

This study is aimed to increase the fire-fighting manpower utilization and the increasing of its services in aging society. Due to continuous improvement of living standards and development of medical technology, the elderly population rate is being increased and it brings rapid progresses of aging society. Therefore, as a fire-fighting organization which is responsible for safety from various disasters, they should grasp comprehensively and systematically exact status of weak person from disaster in perspective of it with conjunction of all concerned department and at the same time proceed to speedy move as well as determine the appropriate emergency measures. In order to do this, safe life education for elderly people and the comprehensive measures of home security should be taken by transforming the policy from particular object-oriented policy to demand-driven policy. And through the expansion of one one nine services such as using grandeur of powerful IT nation out of old-fashioned promotion way, they should provide fire-fighting service for convenient and comfortable life of elderly people after retirement. A consideration of the elderly people is the best way to penetrate a advancement fire-fighting in aging society. 본 연구는 고령화 사회에서 소방인력 활용 및 서비스 증대에 목적이 있다. 지속적인 생활수준 향상과 의료기술의 발달로 노인인구 비율이 높아져 고령화가 빠르게 진행됨에 따라 각종 재난으로부터 안전을 책임지고 있는 소방이 재해약자의 입장에서 종합적이고 체계적으로 관계부서와 연계하여 재해약자의 정확한 현황을 파악함과 동시에 신속한 출동은 물론 적절한 응급조치가 실시될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 특정대상물위주의 정책에서 수요중심의 정책으로 전환하여 노인들의 생활 안전 교육과 주택안전의 종합적인 대책들이 강구되어야 한다. 또한 근대적 홍보방법에서 벗어서 IT강국의 위용을 활용한 홍보를 하는 등 119서비스 확대로 노인들의 편안하고 안락한 노후생활을 위한 소방서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 고령화 사회에서 노인인구에 대한 고찰이야말로 선진소방으로 가는 최선의 방법이다.

경제성장과 의학의 발달로 인간의 평균수명이 연장되면서 노인인구가 크게 증가하였다. 노인인구가 증 가함에 따라 응급환자에 대한 구급수요도 증가하였다. 이에 소방에서는 현재시범운행중인 실버 앰뷸런스 의 확대배치와 병원의료진과 119의 합동체제 구축 및 노인의료관련 교육과정의 신설과 이미 독거 노유자 에게 설치 운영중인 무선페이징 시스템의 문제점등을 개선하여 시스템의 기능 향상과 운영의 효율화를 이 루고 더 나아가 노인을 위한 전용자원봉사자은행등을 설치 이를 연계한 실버세대에 대한 토털 서비스를 통하여 119업무를 확대해 나감으로써 신뢰받고 사랑받는 소방조직으로 거듭날 수 있을 것이다. Wave-induced cylindrical failure analysis method of the sea-bed is an important factor to consider for construction and design of coastal structures on the poor subsoil. This paper presents a new analysis method for the wave-induced cylindrical failure of sea-bed occurred at the east port breakwater in Niigata, Japan. For new analysis method the change of water pressure relevant to wave height and its period has to be considered. The governing equations are derived from the modification of Bernoulli's equation and small amplitude wave theory. The safety factor Fw is also derived from the modification of Fellenius method.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the phenomenon on the inferior athletes' desocialization process. To achieve the purpose of the study, the qualitative study was utilized for 20 inferior female athletes who had been chosen by purposive sampling. Depth interview carried on line and off line were used for collecting answers. Data analysis based on "the Graser's and the Straus' Constant Comparison Strategy Theory" was carried out. Results of this research were as follows, the desocialization process of inferior athletes consisted of the school life of athletes, secession from athletes' life, and social adaptation.

본 연구는 중등체육교사의 승진욕구 원인을 질적연구방법을 적용하여 심층적으로 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 남자 체육교사 7명을 연구참여자로 선정하였으며, 면담자료와 E-mail, 관련문서 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 면담자료는 전사과정를 거쳐 주요 주제들이나 핵심개념 등을 메모하고 부호화하였으며 부호화된 자료를 근거로 범주화하였다. 또한 동료협의 과정 및 다각도 분석법을 통해 연구의 신뢰성을 높였으며 윤리성이 확보되었다. 연구결과, 중등체육교사의 승진욕구 원인은 근무환경적 요인과 사회적 요인이 가장 큰 원인으로 작용하고 있었다. 근무환경적 요인은 수업시수와 학교체육시설 문제와 같은 수업환경적 요인과 연령증가와 함께 부담감으로 인식되는 체육교사 연령으로 분류되었으며, 사회적 요인은 연구점수와 가산점 확보를 위한 승진우선 교직문화, 교원평가와 관련된 체육교사들의 책무성 문제, 그리고 평교사에 대한 주위의 시선으로 다시 분류되었다. The purpose of this study is to understand the cause of physical education teachers' desire for promotion in secondary school. To achieve this purpose, the method used in this study was the qualitative study. Participants of this study consisted of seven male physical education teachers in secondary school. The data of this study were collected through the in-depth interviews, E-mail and literature reviews. The collected data were analyzed by using the encoding and category analysis. Reliability, validity and morality of the study were ascertained. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the study are as follow: The cause of physical education teachers' desire for promotion in secondary school categolized such as the working condition and the social point of view. The working condition is fallen into two categories such as the instruct condition and the physical education teachers' age. The social point of view is fallen into three categories such as the teachers' atmosphere for promotion, accountability and the surrounding prejudic.
