복합용도개발에 의한 도심지 활성화를 위한 도시 거버넌스 체계에 관한 연구

Mixed-Use Development has recently been used as a key element in a bid for Urban Revitalization. However, the reality of domestic condition could not successfully carried out the benefit of Mixed-Use Development not only because of developer's profit-oriented perception in real estate developments, but also because of government's restriction- oriented policy and system. The purpose of this research is to suggest a good direction for Urban Governance System which the government should play a central role to make the partnership between the participants: Private Entity & Developer; Civic & Community; Government for Urban Revitalization. The method of this research was as follows: first, the reason of failure in Mixed-Use Development is classified as the problems of the participant in Urban Governance system through the reference study; second, Boston Urban Governance system which Boston Redevelopment Authority works as a pivot was studied as an outstanding precedent of urban revitalization with social, economical and environmental improvement; third, the comparative analysis between Boston Urban Governance system and Domestic one was followed. The research preferentially suggests government's policy improvement to induce voluntary participation from civic & community and private entity & developers for Urban Revitalization.
공공성 증진을 위한 복합용도시설 실내 공공공간의 건축계획요소에 관한 연구

Mixed-Use Development has recently been used as an important method in a bid for Urban Revitalization. Mixed-Use Developments as private projects provide the public spaces which are key elements in Urban Revitalization. However, the public spaces in the Mixed-Use Developments mainly appear as exterior open spaces in domestic projects. Recently, there are a few studies on architectural design elements of the indoor public space since the necessity of the space has been recognized. Thus, this research proposes "Accessibility", "Openness", "Connectivity" as architectural design elements for publicity of the indoor public spaces in Mixed-Use Facilities. The design elements have been analysed and characterized with international outstanding precedents of indoor public spaces in Mixed-Use Facilities. The purpose of this study is to be provided as an important guideline in architectural design process for publicity of indoor public spaces in Mixed-Use Facilities.

A Hanok is very weak to thermal insulation and airtightness because the main components, walls, floors, roofs, windows consist different materials and these parts are connected without insulation. In therms of energy efficiency, Hanok is vulnerable to insulation, airtightness, thermal bridge and condensation. This study aims to analysis of existing Hanok and new Hanok according to performance of thermal insulation, airtightness, condensation and energy. In order to provide a comfortable and healthy living environment with Hanok require the convergence of the energy, new technology, new materials and new method. The results of thermal Insulation and airtightness performance for new Hanok can significantly contribute to the improvement in energy efficiency maximization and well-being of Hanok.

This study was carried out to investigate flammability by self - extinguishing ability and flame retardancy by cone calorimeter test on foam plastic foam insulation (EPS, XPS, PUR, PF). The purpose of this study is to investigate insulation materials suitable for zero energy buildings. 1) As a result of horizontal and vertical combustion test by KS M ISO 9772 and UL 94 test method, horizontal burn ability showed low discriminative power and vertical burnability was found to be different according to the self - extinguishing and flammability characteristics of insulation. Therefore, it is considered that the test standard for the current horizontal flammability needs to be improved and improved. 2) Cone calorimeter test for EPS, XPS, PUR, PF insulation shows that the current self-extinguishing organic insulation is less than the performance of all samples tested. Even in the case of EPS core sandwich panels, the flame retardancy of the core EPS was inadequate in the entire sample. Therefore, it is very inadequate to evaluate the flame retardancy of the composite system with the total calorific value of the composite system without evaluating the flame retardancy of the core material in a large number of various composite materials and composite insulation systems, which are recently known to satisfy the semi-fire. It is very urgent to improve the systematic supplementation and management of the test report. 3) In the case of recently developed flame retardant EPS, the heat insulation performance was confirmed to be the flame retardant material or semi-fireproof material performance at the level satisfying the thermal conductivity performance of the foamed polystyrene insulation material of KS M 3808 bead method. Therefore, it can be used as an alternative technology to meet both energy performance and fire safety performance in the future zero energy architecture implementation.
