보행 중 스마트 기기 사용실태에 관한 조사 연구

Due to the prevalence of smart-phones, Most people conduct variously themselves while walking with a smart-phone, for example, listening to music, article search, instant messaging, etc. This behavior is becoming common and generalization in the youth generation. But there is a negative aspect that dispersing the attention of pedestrians. therefore, it is increasing the risk of pedestrian accidents, for example, not recognizing the danger signals are coming from the vehicle, or when a hedge not be late or behavior. moreover, inevitably increasing the possibility of accident. Recent media, This is also a situation where social problems growing number of examples to point out the dangers of using smart-phones, it is raised during the walking. In this study, it is carried out to validate the risk resulting from the use of smart devices while the walking. This results, this set of results presented that it is for operating the smart button phones while the walking or occurring distraction, walking as if occurring auditory distraction through such earphones has lead to negative consequences in terms of traffic safety.

차량용 블랙박스 현황 분석 및 사용자 실태조사 연구

DVR (Black-box of vehicle) is introduced the concept of a black box of aircraft, and this device can take advantage of such incident and accident cause, by recording the image of a car crash through the before / after the circumstances. So DVR market shows steady growth. However technology development is consistently on going to complete products issues. To enhance the utilization of the dash-cam, studied the technical trend analysis and consciousness research. Based on the technical analysis and trend Survey, presented the advantages, problems, and use of the DVR, improve utilization measures to enhance the utilization. Also suggested the need for further improving the product, and content, such as analysis of the utilization of accident through survey of investigators.

봉선화의 항균활성성분과 항균력에 관한 연구

Impatiens balsamine Linne(Balsaminaceae) known as BONG SUN HWA in Korea and has been used for the treatment of scrofulosis, carbunculus and dysenteria etc. Bioassay-guided fractionation of MeOH extract from the whole plants of Impatiens balsamina has afforded a simple naphthoquinone derivative, 2-methoxy-1, 4-naphthoquinone. The structure of this compound was established by spectroscopic methods. This compound possessed strong antifungal activity against Candida albicans, Aspergi Ilus niger, Crytococcus neoformans and Epidermophyton floccusum. The activity of 2methoxy-1, 4-naphthoquinone on E. ,floccusum (MIC : 5.0 ㎍/㎖) was the same potency as that of nystatin. It showed also strong antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis as well as gram-negative bacteria Salmonella typhimurium. Although the activity of this compound on gram-negative bacteria was lower than that of gram-positive bacteria.

차량시뮬레이터 및 운전정밀적성검사를 활용한 고령운전자의 위험성 분석

세계적으로 고령화가 일반적인 현상으로 나타나고 있으며 고령운전자 교통사고 발생건수 및 사망자 비율이 증가하고 있다. 일반적으로 고령운전자의 경우 비고령운전자에 비해 여러가지 신체적, 정신적 능력이 저하됨에 따라 교통사고 위험성이 높아진다. 본 연구에서는 고령운전자와 교통사고와의 인과적 연관성을 파악하기 위하여 운전정밀적성검사기기와 차량시뮬레이터를 활용, 고령운전자와 비고령운전자 집단에 대한 인지반응 및 운전수행 능력을 비교 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 고령운전자는 비고령운전자에 비해 속도예측을 수행하는데 있어 안정적이지 못한 것으로 나타났으며 주행속도 및 과속빈도가 낮게 나타났고, 예측 불가능한 돌발 상황 및 신호대기 후 출발에 대해서는 반응시간이 더 늦은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고령운전자의 경우 자신의 신체적 능력 저하를 인지하고 안전운전 즉, 주의운전, 방어운전의 필요성이 비고령운전자에 비해 더욱더 크다는 점을 인식할 필요가 있다.

어린이 보호구역의 운영 개선방안에 관한 연구

정부에서는 1995년부터 일명 스쿨존이라 불리우는 어린이보호구역을 지정, 운영해 왔으며, 점차 확대하려는 계획을 가지고 있다. 실제 2011년 1월부로 ‘어린이ㆍ노인ㆍ장애인 보호구역의 지정 및 관리에 관한 규칙’의 제정과 더불어 기존의 어린이 및 노인에 대한 지정 및 관리에 관한 규칙이 폐지되면서 일원화가 되었고, 보호구역의 지정권자도 경찰에서 지자체로 이관되었으며, 보호구역 지정대상도 확대되었다. 정부에서는 어린이 보호구역의 지정을 통해 어린이 교통사고를 예방하고자 하였는데 현재 어린이 보호구역의 경우 여러 가지 측면에서 문제점을 노출하기도 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 현재 운영되고 있는 어린이 보호구역의 문제점을 법/제도측면, 시설측면, 운영측면 등으로 구분하여 개선방안을 제시함으로서 보다 효과적으로 어린이 보호구역을 운영하고 궁극적으로 어린이 교통사고를 예방하는데 기여하고자 하였다.

음주운전의 사회ㆍ경제적 손실비용 추계

음주운전의 사고 위험성이 높은 것이 사실이며 2010년 한해동안 28,641건의 음주교통사고와 781명의 사망자가 발생하였다. 이러한 음주운전의 위험성으로 인해 경찰에서는 음주사고예방을 위한 단속 등 여러 가지 방안을 시행하고 있으나 음주운전은 줄어들지 않고 있다. 음주운전은 이러한 사고와의 연관성과 더불어 사회경제적으로도 많은 비용을 발생시키게 되며, 이는 한 국가의 생산력의 저하에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 고에서는 음주운전의 사회경제적 비용을 추산해 봄으로서 음주운전의 사고위험성과는 다른 접근으로 음주운전의 폐해에 관해 논의하고자 하였다. 음주운전의 사회적비용으로는 사고비용, 제재비용, 단속비용, 기타비용으로 구분하였으며, 일부분을 제외하고 2002년부터 2006년까지의 비용을 추산하였다. 그 결과 사고비용은 분석대상 5년평균 약 6,478억, 제재비용은 3,131억, 단속비용은 경찰관 추정 인건비가 약 7억원, 기타비용으로는 보험회사 행정비용이 5년평균 약 262억원이었으며, 대리운전비용으로는 2005년을 기준으로 지불자 측면에서 2조 5천억, 수익자측면에서 1조 8천억으로 추산되었다.

어린이 보호구역 지정을 위한 평가지표 개발

Since January 2011, ‘The rules with the enactment of the existing designation and management for the children·the elderly·the disabled safeguard zone’ and with the rules of the existing on designation and management for the children and elderly are unification, as it has been abolished. The designation target of the safeguard zone also significantly has been expanded. Accordingly, In the case of school zone,the Applications of the designation are expected to be grown significantly. But it is the difficult situation for each local government to designate and manage every school zone designated with the applications once. because of the budgetary problem and so on. Consequently, It is a situation to be designated and manage through the order of priority. In this study, a school zone designation for the children to be designated as protected areas primarily intended to evaluate the target indicators is developed through the AHP. Developed evaluation criteria and the risk score for each child through the designation of protected areas to assess the risk practices were representative, the results of this study of children known to the designation of protected zones on no assessment work that was specified without the high risk that be selected using a priority part plan presented in the respect that the meaning is expected.

어린이 교통안전 체험교육 실시 전ㆍ후 효과분석

현재 운영되고 있는 어린이 교통안전체험교육장의 교육효과를 평가하기 위해 체험교육실시 전ㆍ후의 교통안전 지식과 태도, 그리고 교육후 행동변화를 분석하였다. 우선 유치원생의 경우 실험집단 40명, 통제집단 56명에 대한 t-test 분석 결과, 교통안전 지식은 체험교육을 받은 경우와 받지 않은 경우 모두 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나 그 폭은 교통안전 체험교육을 받은 집단의 경우에서 보다 크게 나타났다. 다음으로 초등학생의 경우는 실험집단 69명, 통제집단 63명에 대한 t-test 분석결과, 초등학생들의 교통안전 지식은 체험교육으로 인해 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 이를 통한 교통행동의 변화가 어린이 교통사고 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 교통안전지식이 곧 교통안전행동으로 이어지는지를 검증하기 위하여 체험교육을 받은 유치원생과 초등학생의 해당 학부모 107명에게 체험교육 후 자녀의 행동변화 정도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 부모들은 자녀들의 체험 교육 후 교통행동의 변화를 매우 긍정적인 것으로 평가하고 있었다.

경찰의 교통안전정책 우선순위에 관한 연구

Also, The police has pursued to reduce road traffic accident with Enforcement, Traffic safety facility, Road safety education in the 3E policy of the traffic safety field.. However, These real policies always involve government' financial spending, Therefore, For the efficient budget execution, Beforehand, It is essential to estimate the proper budget. The evaluation of performance put into the budget for reducing traffic accident compared to needs validation causality for many years, One of these tasks is essential to scale the data. In this study, Targeting professional groups AHP structured questionnaire analysis to prioritize policy evaluation.

어린이 보호구역 내 교통안전시설의 속도감소효과에 관한 연구

By doing various safety facilities installation and restrictions step in the school zone, It prevents many sorts of traffic accident, In addition, The most important part of the region should have the sidewalk-driveway separation and speed reduction installation in the protection of children. But, In the case of separation sidewalk-driveway a safe facility, Because there are many school zones not to be installed some safety facilities for the road condition, It’s been installed with a focus on speed management. In this study, It reserves the effectiveness of these facilities with in the school zone speed reduction as well as by measuring the speed at the same time interval since the previous period and examined the effects of a driver's speed choice and speed reduction facility. As a analysis result, It is appeared clearly in the effect of speed reduction facility, But, It can be confirmed that the deceleration of the driver does not work well with the only recognition of protected areas. Also, It showed to be needed the number of appropriate reduction facilities, according to the length of the deceleration school zone. The children’s traffic accident is decline tendency in the present, The school zone installation is obvious also in the certain part of the role. However, There is a limit to be designated as a school zone as a protection area in the role. So It estimates to be parallel installation of the proper safety equipment.
