        초(初)·중등교육시설(中等敎育施設)의 실내쾌적성(室內快適性) 평가(評價)

        The paper is to evaluate existing school building system with respect to students' comforts in the class room in Korea. This paper compared three styles of different school building system builted during last 20 years. Using statistical analysis, at first, the paper found that box-style structure is efficient for sustaining heat in the class room because it is compactly constructed. Secondly, air conditioning in the class room is important factor affected students' comforts in the summer time and for the smog occurring in the heating class room. Thirdly, we should compactly construct school building because the compactiveness of building components is important factor for student comforts. Fouthly, heating system in the class room should be changed. The system using gas or electricity insteded of coals should be introduced in the class room for the smog of the stove in winter time and for freshness in summer time.

        임대주택 부지의 면적확보를 위한 학교시설 및 공공시설 부지내의 복합화사업과의 연계방안 연구

        The idea that a school could take a role of educating each community personnel as well as students and the school building could be a center in a community is discussed in this paper. Also, as rental housings being included in the community and placed near school buildings, school facilities can be shared and cover the shortage of social welfare facilities. Thus urban social facilities including schools, social and cultural facilities, and rental housings should be planned as a bundled scheme. The objective of this Paper is to find the suitability of building a complex of school, gymnasium, cultural facilities, welfare facilities in school sites, and building rental housing in public building sites, such as cultural facilities and welfare facilities, gymnasium sites in the City of Pyeong Teak. It is found that this assumption can be proved when building a public school of 6 to 7 story or a rental apartment with a floor area ratio of 150% - 200%.

        재해시 학교시설의 환경적 지각 정도에 따른 학생의 활동제한의 분석

        This study is about an analysis of the relation between the degree of cognition of student's acts within limits when coping with several types of disaster and the degree of cognition of damage by disasters in the method of multiple regression analysis. The dependent variable is the degree of cognition of student's acts within limits and the independent variable is the degree of cognition of damage by disasters such as heavy snow, typhoon, heavy rain, heat, and yellow sand. A survey of graduates of metropolitan area high-schools has found that there are no difference between girls and boys of the degree of cognition of student's acts within limits when coping with disasters. This study finds that the independent variable, which are playgrounds, animals and plants, streets and roads, altitude and incline, gives positive effect to the degree of cognition of student's acts within limits when coping with typhoon or heavy rain in order. The study also finds that the degree of cognition of student's acts within limits when coping with heavy snow is affected positively by streets and roads, playgrounds, altitude and incline in order. It also shows that there are factors that has an effect to the degree of cognition of student's acts within limits when coping with yellow sand and heat. This study proposes suggestions to facility plans based on these facts discovered.

        KSG 2010(한국산업규격 학생용 책.걸상) 디자인 가이드라인의 검토

        This paper reviews KSG2010(Korean Industrial Standard for Student's Desk and Chair) compared to student's body size and suggests its new design guideline. It is found that the chairs are too high to sit straight up, and it is not easy to sit at student's ease because of backbone rest bar not existed in a right place. It is also found that the desks are too high to sit at desk to accept student legs under a drawer. So student's visibility range becomes decreased and it produces a harmful posture for eye protection. This paper also found that step number of student's desks and chairs needs to expand to 12 different steps inserted 5 steps between the existing 7 steps. A reason is that there is gap between the sizes of desk and chair and human height and width. Another reasons is that it is difficult to arrange desks and chairs appropriated to student body sizes in a class room.

        관광전공자의 외국어 학습능력에 관한 연구

        Improvement of foreign language ability is important to the tourism majors who will play a key role in foreign tourist service industry. But few studies have been implemented for this purpose. This study aimed to assess the foreign language learning competency of tourism majors and to find out the relationships between foreign language ability and learning motivations as well as foreign language ability and advanced learning competency. Data were collected from the university students with tourism major in Korea. A statistical analysis of 482 samples indicated: (1) the basic and advanced learning competencies of tourism majors were generally low whereas the motivations for learning foreign language were relatively high; (2) there was a significant relationship between foreign language ability and learning motivations; (3) there was also a significant relationship between foreign language ability and advanced learning competency; (4) however, no significant relationship was found between learning motivations and foreign experiences. Implications of these findings, limitations of the study, and further research areas are discussed.

        부동산투자회사(REITs)의 세금 절감이 자금관리 및 수익성에 대한 사업운영에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 리츠의 배당금 세금공제와 같은 세금 혜택이 기업 운영의 유동성, 자본 구조, 수익성에 영향을 미침을 알아서 세금 절감의 혜택에 대한 정책적 조언을 하기 위한것이다. 구조조정 리츠와 위탁관리 리츠로 그룹화되는 범주와 자기관리리츠 또는 자산관리회사로 그룹화할 수 있는 범주 사이에 리츠의 유동자산, 유동부채, 이자보상비율과같은 유동성 정도, 총자산, 자기자본와 같은 자본구조 변화 정도, 영업이익, 총자산수익률, 자기자본수익률과 같은 수익성 정도에 대하여 그 상이성 여부를 알아본 결과 대체로두 범주가 다르지 않음을 발견하여 세금의 부과 형태를 리츠의 형태에 따라 다르게 하여서는 아니됨을 조언하였고, 세금의 절감과 기업운영의 유동성 정도, 자본구조 비율 정도, 기업 수익성 정도 사이의 관계 여부와 그 정도를 알아내어 배당금 세금 공제 등 세금 절감 혜택의 부여를 조언하였다. The objective of this research is to find out that tax exemption for REITs can contribute to business operation factors such as the degree of liquidity, capital structure, and profitability. It was found, in general, that the degree of change of factors were not different between the group of Corporate Restructuring and Consignment REITs and the group including Self Managed REITs. It was also found that tax exemption could contribute to negative change of liquidity and positive change of capital structure and profitability. Thus, it is recommended that the government cut down tax rate and exempt dividend from taxable income for better operation of Self Managed REITs. Then REITs will be able to attain prosperity for their business managements and the government can get more tax cumulation.

        지역주민(地域住民)의 중학교(中學校) 실(室) 이용(利用)에 관(關)한 모델

        This paper seeks to find out the policies of management and layout of middle school rooms for the community people's use. This paper surveys community's needs with respect to both the use of school rooms before, during, and after classes and preferences of use of school rooms. This paper adopts two experimental case studies to find out the models. It uses t-test analysis of the statistics to find out community people's preferences for the use of school rooms between two communities in an urban area, and uses simple and multiple regression analyses to develop models concerning community people's uses of school rooms before, during, and after classes. It also uses cluster analysis to find out the cluster among community people's preference of school rooms. It found, first, that community people's use of school rooms after class can be influenced by the uses of a play ground, a music classroom, an audio visual classroom, and a gymnasium. The use during regular classes is related to the uses of the fine arts classroom, a general classroom, a home economics classroom, a gymnasium, and a playground. The use before class is affected by the uses of a fine arts classroom, a playground, and a library. It also found that, with respect to community people's preferential use of school rooms, the rooms can be clustered as a cluster of laboratories such as a general classroom, a music room, a fine arts classroom, a science classroom, a home economics classroom, and a technique classroom, a cluster of athletic areas such as a gymnasium and a playground, and a cluster of supporting facilities such as a library, an audio visual classroom, and a computer classroom. Those clusters can also be clustered in more detail, i. e., that both a general classroom and playground can be apart from a cluster of laboratories or a cluster of supporting facilities; that an audio visual classroom can be fostered into a cluster with a home economics affairs classroom and a technique classroom. Finally this paper suggests policies of management and layout of school rooms.
