When a fire occurs in the upper part of high-rise buildings, there is a danger of failing the initial suppression because there are few turntable ladders that can be reached. Therefore, evacuation of occupants should be induced through the fire alarm. In Korea, the same fire alarm system applies regardless of the type of building exterior material. In this paper, we want to find the number of priority alarm floors according to the type of building exterior material. When using a non-combustible facades such as concrete, a total of eight floors should be priority alarmed. When using a combustible facades such as EPS Panel, a total of nine floors should be priority alarmed. When using a curtain wall with a double-skin, the ignition floor and the upper floor of the ignition floor should be priority alarmed.
