전동차 형광등 시스템의 플리커 문제 해결방안에 관한 연구

플리커란 형광등의 광 출력 변동폭이 큼으로 인해 인간의 눈과 뇌로 이루어진 감각시스템이 불유쾌한 감각을 인지하는 현상이다. 이러한 플리커 현상에 대한 저감 및 감소 대책이 미흡한 실정이며, 인간의 인지 능력 향상을 위해 플리커 문제 해결방안에 대한 연구 수행이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 플리커를 감소시키기 위한 방법으로 정전력 단권 변압기 회로를 이용한 안정기 적용방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법은 형상시스템의 전압원이 가변되더라도 형광등에 인가되는 전압을 허용범위 내에서 제어함으로 감소시킬 수 있다. 플리커 현상을 감소시키기 위하여 정전력 단권 변압기 회로를 이용한 안정기 적용법과, 전자식 안정기의 적용법을 제시하였으며, 본 연구에서 제시한 방법을 사용한다면 허용 한계 및 그 이하로 감소시킬 수 있을 것이며, 이를 이용한 장치를 사용하는 곳에서는 인간의 인지 능력을 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

As technologies are developed and systems are complicated, hazards embedded in the system are also increasing. proving safety and managing the safetyis more scientific and organizational domain so that safety management system is pursuing to be activeformation detecting the factors of hazard and managing them beyond passiveway. In the future, in order to establish and manage national safety management system, it is important to have effective system and manage it and also more important that all the people related to target system has to change their recognition and to playroles in it. Many railway safety measures reduce railway fatalities into half for last 10 years. But more improvement in railway safety is required to meet the social need after railway fire accident in Daegue. After the Daegue subway train fire accident, the Korean government has been trying to prepare a nation-wide railway safety program, a safety organization, and a Safety Act. To construct a nation-wide railway safety management program, system architecture was established.

It requires different safety programs from those of the typical train control systems to develop AGT systems applying train control system based on communication technology. Especially Advanced LRT system involves the processes that have the various safety functions being conducted by softwares and also have characteristics that should have special interest in validation of interface specification. The core items for the safety engineering for LRT control systems are hardware & software engineering, safety-critical system safety engineering, application saft ware validation & verification technologies. In this paper the trends of the technologies for the mentioned core-items are described.

Systems Engineering(SE) is the multi-disciplinary approach, providing the integrated life-cycle balanced view and validating the results, when the complex system is developed. The goal of adopting SE to a project is to choose the most balanced solution among various possible alternatives and the application of SE is getting expanded into the commercial industry and project management area. Railway is the mass transportation integrated with complex technologies and many researches are making steady progress for more effective program management using SE process or methods in railroad industry. In this study, we identified relationships between the general SE process and the outputs/results of the project analyzing them, and suggested our own criterion for the data repository to manage information consistently and to access the information easily in case of need using MBSE.
모델기반 시스템엔지니어링 접근을 통한 철도안전시험설비구축사업 요건관리 체계

Requirement management is an important phase that has a significant influence on the project success. As a risk to a project fail is getting bigger, people adopt Systems Engineering method to the development of the effective requirement management. Accordingly, Railroad Safety Technology R&D Corps. is progressing the plan of the construction of Railway Safety Test Facilities as a part of the Railway Total Safety Project to enhance the railway safety, and carrying out researches on effective requirement management methods with Systems Engineering techniques. To support that, we introduce the Systems Engineering Requirement Management Process and propose the more effectual management method of constructing the Railway Safety Test Facilities applying the model-based systems engineering tool to the research.
