병렬처리형 계산시스템에서의 선형 방정식 시스템의 해를 구하기 위한 두개의 직접 방법인 Gauss 제거법과 Gauss - Jordan법을 비교 논의하였다. 특히 병렬성과 병렬 수행기간에 대해서 주로 고찰되었다. Two direct methods, Gauss elimination method and Gauss-Jordan method are discussed about parallelism and parallel execution time to solve systems of linear equations with parallel processing computing systems.

실패한 리얼리즘 : A Study of Mrs Gaskell's Mary Barton 개스켈 부인의 「매리 바튼」연구

AbstractElizabeth Gaskell's Mary Barton is representative of the industrial novels that deal with the political disturbance and economic depression in the wake of the Industrial Revolution. The periodic wave of depression hit its worst below in the 1840's and it is this "hungry decade'' that the novel addresses itself.The book, however, proves a lamentable failure as a realistic novel. This failure has much to do with the structure of the plot which appears to be broken into two clearly separate parts. The former part presents a realistic picture of the Manchester manufacturing area with all its sordid poverty and crushing pain of working class life. And here the theme of the "Two Nation'' is vividly dramatized in terms of the vast gulf between the classes. Most significantly, the alienation between the classes provides the main tension of the book, and is worked into the chief motivation of the protagonist John Barton.In the latter half of the book (after Chapter 18), however, with the shift of focus from John to Mary Barton the central tension built up in the former part suddenly disappears and is replaced by a melodramatic plot of Mary's heroic efforts to deliver her lover Jem Wilson from his falsely accused crime. The author's sympathy is transferred frorn father to daughter. And the cliffhanging effect of Mary's last-minute rescue of Jem gets to be triumphant.Consequently the realism of the book comes to suffer and fail drastically. And this failure can he ascribed to a number of reasons: the author's conscious Christian faith, the overriding literary convention of novel-writing of hertime, and the middle class's colllective unconscious of anxiety and fear for the reputed and exaggerated violence of the working class.The combined in리uence of the Victorian middle class's "structure of feeling" results a book which promises, with rnany elements of formal realism, to be a powerful novel dealing with the hot contemporary issues of ills and perils of industrialism, but which ultimately degenerates into a conventional sentimental melodrama.

In various region, self-appointed lords and self-appointed generals came out the influence of powerful family under the mask of farmer's revolt owing to usurping the throne and social unrest of rushing about thieves and groups of robbers during the last years of Silla dynasty. The one who came out a powerful family had the following orugins: First, a self-appointed lord whose mame is Hong Sul, the lord of Jin Boo castle and a self-appointed general as a district government official whose names are Kim A Sul and Kim Seon Gung appeared powerful family as village headman influences on the base of native influence in the opposition of the royal Court of Silla, using the negligence of district contorl. After rusticating, Kim Ju won and a Buddhist priest, Nang Hae became powerful families as failed influences in teh central political strife. And also, the general of lae-Am castle, Seon Pil and a governor -general, Lee Jae became a powerful family as a local autonomous. Second, Jang Boo Goo centering the district of Cheung-Hae-Jin and a local governor of Cheun-Ju, Oang Bong Giu arising the Kang-Ju district and Park Su Keung centering the Pae-Seo district and Oang Gun actving Yeung-Anm castle and Song-AK district, became powerful families as marine commerce influences. They appeared great powerful families holding maritme power through the marine transportation business with the Dang dynasty. Third, Keun Heun who is the son of self-management agriculture became a local in teh Sang-Ju district and he made himself influence and Gung Yae who is royal descendant became a chief of thieves in teh confsing days once a priest as a failed royal prince. They appeared great powerful families as chief of robbers and thieves. We saw that the powerful family appeared in the last years of Silla and the first years of Korea are growing persons using the social condition of those days and basing the potentiality of theirs.

하드 실시간 처리에서 보장 알고리즘에 관한 연구

실시간 타스크가 어떤 분산처리시스템의 한 노드에서 발생했을 때, 만약 그 타스크가 주어진 시간 내에 수행이 보장되지 않는다면, 타스크의 전이가 이루어져야 한다. 그런데 불행히도 타스크 전이는 많은 통신시간을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 하드 실시간 타스크의 특성을 더 잘 반영하는 요소들을 제안하고 이들을 이용하여 타스크의 보장률을 높힘으로서 가능한 한 타이스 전이를 줄이는 알고리즘을 제안했고 이 알고리즘을 시뮬레이션하였다. When a hard real-time task occurs at a node on a distributed system, if the task is not guaranteed to be executed within given deadline, it should be migrated to other nodes. Unfortunately, the task migration requires much communication overhead. We suggest some factors which can represent the characteristics of hard real-time tasks, propose a guarantee algorithm for reducing the number of task migration by increasing the local guarantee ratio, and simulatethe algorithm.
