        황산우라닐과 수소와의 반응

        黃酸우라닐과 水素와의 反應에 對하여 反應速度와 反應過程을 462∼490℃와 水素分壓 0.4∼1.0 atm의 範圍에서 硏究하였다. 黃酸우라닐과 水素와의 反應은 다음과 같이 表示할 수 있다. 3UO₂SO₄ + 5H₂ → U₃O_7 + 3SO₂ + 5H₂O 上記 反應은 反應生成物과 水素分壓에 對하여 各各 1次이고 活性化에너지는 26.6Kcal/mole이었다. The kinetics and the process of the reaction between uranyl sulfate and hydrogen have been studied isothermally in range of 462 to 490℃ and 0.4 to 1.0 atm in hydrogen partial pressure. The reaction is represented as follows ; 3UO₂SO₄ + 5H₂ → U₃O_7 + 3SO₂ + 5H₂O The reaction was first order with respect to solid product and hydrogen partial pressure, respectively. The value of the activation energy was found to be 26.6Kcal/mole.

      • 꿀벌부채명나방의 저온조건에 의한 단백질의 함량 변화 및 전기영동적 패턴

        함량의 변화와 아미노산의 함량을 조사하였다. 단백질 패턴은 모든 온도조건을 통해 조직과 혈림프에서 각각 30개와 34개가 분리되었고, 최고 분자량은 146,520 daltons, 최저 분자량은 27,390 daltons으로 나타났다. 분자량이 58,490 daltons 단백질은 0℃에서만 분리되고 높은 염색강도를 나타내어 특이하게 여겨진다. 분자량이 45,100∼31,590 daltons 사이에서 단백질의 패턴변화가 심하게 나타났다. 단백질의 함량이 혈림프와 조직에서는 저온에서 증가한 반면 아미노산은 감소하였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 저분자 단백질은 조직에서 새로이 축적되고 고분자 단백질은 혈림프에 나타난다고 여겨진다. 또한 전체적으로 온도가 낮을수록 단백질은 혈림프에 축적된다고 여겨진다. The change of protein patterns and protein, amino acid contents in tissue and hemolymph of the great wax moth, Galleria mellonella according to low temperature condition were determined. Throughout all temperature condition, the patterns were separated into each 30 bands and 34 bands in tissue and hemolymph. The highest molecular weights was 146,520 daltons and the lowest one weight was 27,390 daltons. We were uniquely thought 58,490 daltons proteins were separated into only at 0℃ and were showed high colar density. The changes of protein patterns were extremely appeared between 45,100 daltons and 31,590 daltons. In hemolymph and tissue, protein contents was increased at low temperature but amino acid contents was decreased. In conclussion, low molecular protein were newly accumulated in tissue and high molecular proteins were appeared in hemolymph. In general, proteins were accumulated in hemolymph as a temperature decreased.

      • 미국흰불나방의 變態에 따른 蛋白質의 Electrophoretic Pattern

        The concentration and patterns of whole body protein in the fall webworm, Hyphantria cunea Drury during metamorphosis were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometric method, respectively. 1. A number of 16 protein band was separated through the whole stages. 2. At the final instar larva protein band was reached the greatest number and color density, but protein band's number and color density at 10day-old pupa was the lowest among all stage. Also protein absorbency was similar to above result. 3. Particulary many protein bands appeared and protein absorbancy was 0.34% at 6 day-old pupa during the pupal stage. 4. In conclusion, pattern and concentration of protein were changed in accordance with the morphological changes which in histolysis of larval organs and histogenesis of adult organs. It was related to energy transformation in according to morphological formation during metamorphosis.

      • 밤 바구미의 脂肪酸에 관한 硏究

        The concentration and composition of fatty acids were measrued in homogenates of chestnut weevil, Cu-rculio dentipes Roelofs according to development stages. During all stages, a total number of 7 Fatty acids were identified such as Lauric acid, Myristic acid, Pal-mitic acid, Stearic acid, Oleic acid, Linoleic acid, and Linolenic acid. . The maximin amount of fatty accids were found at non overwintering larva and dramatically declined at wintering larva. The higest content of oleic acid was showns during all stages.

        This paper propose the design and implementation of interpolation filter which interpolate subsampled data with the FPGA in HD-MAC decoder. Interpolation filter is FMH(FIR-Medain Hybrid) filter, hybrid filter composed of linear and nonliner filter, which has characteristics of good conservation of edge and good restoration of fine lines and robust to noise. Interpolator is implemented with FPGA of Actel company. It is proved that interpolator is well operated at 27MHz.

      • 미국바퀴의 탈피시간에 따른 핵산 및 단백질의 변화에 관한 연구

        미국바퀴의 탈피 후 시간에 따른 핵산, 단백질 및 RNA/DNA비율의 변화를 Dische법과 Schneider법으로 측정하였다. DNA량은 탈피 후 4시간까지 감소하다가 8시간까지 증가하며 다시 감소한다. 단백질과 RNA량은 탈피 후 2시간까지 감소하다가 8시간까지 증가하며 다시 감소한다. RNA/DNA비율은 4시간째 최고치를 나타내며 12시간째 최소치를 나타낸다. 탈피 후 DNA량(74.1-98.7㎍/g)은 RNA량(823.7-1107㎍/g)에 비해 적게 나타났다. 단백질과 핵산은 탈피 후 8시간 때 최대함량을 나타냈다. 이러한 사실들은 단백질과 핵산이 탈피 후 조직 신생기동안에 합성되어 진다는 것을 의미한다. The contents of nucleic acid and protein and the ratio of RNA/DNA according to times after moulting American cockroach, periplaneta americana L. were measured by Dische and Schneider methods. DNA content decreased until 4 hours after moulting increased until 8 hours and then decreased. Protein and RNA content decreased until 2 hours after moulting increased until 8 hours and then decrease. The content of DNA (74.1-98.7㎍/g) were measured less than the RNA content (823.7-1107.0㎍/g) The content of Nucleic acid and protein was shown highest at 8 hours after moulting. The result suggest that nucleic acid and protein were synthesized during histogenesis after moulting.

        전이금속황산염의 수소환원

        The reduction of some transition metal sulfate, such as Ag₂SO, CuSO, NiSO₄, CoSO, FeSO, MnSO, etc., by hydrogen had been studied over a range of 0.2 to 1.0 atm in hydrogen partial pressure. 1) The beginning temperature of reduction was found to be directly proportional to the standard free energy(G) of formation of sulfates. T(°K)=-4.71G-223.8 2) Reduction solid products of sulfates by hydrogen may lead to the following one, (l) metal, (2) sulfide, (3) mixture of sulfide and metal. 3) Reaction rate were fitted to da/dt=kf(a)P_(H₂) And the rate of reduction was found to be directly proportional to the hydrogen partial pressure in some range. 4) The apparent activation energy for the reduction is found to be 22.1㎉/㏖ for CuSO₄, 23.5㎉/㏖ for NiSO₄, 18.1㎉/㏖ for CoSO₄, 33.2 ㎉/㏖ for Ag₂SO, respectively.
