Multimedia streaming Internet broadcast is a key field of the broadcasting communication convergence. Internet broadcasting can be called a major Internet applications expected to grow very large economic and cultural influence in the future. Recently the popularity of UCC has shown the potential for personal Internet broadcast to the Figure shows the public. The existing research on the QoS of streaming video system adjust the video stream being sent from the network's point of view, the focus is to prevent data loss and delay. Once the other hand, changing the quality of the video stream, you will not receive the guaranteed QoS from the perspective of the users who want uniform quality. In this paper, we propose a personal Internet broadcasting system considering a QoS guarantee to provide a uniform quality to the user.

This study is to search for the model of organizatonal health in administrtive information management system to verify its validity. Public information management system have been regarded as the crucial factor of organizational and national development. So, this study is to represent a model to analyze the public information management system for promoting organizational behavior and development The purposes of this study are as follow: ① The synthetic arrangement of the exsisting research records to set up a theorectical framework for public information management sytem, ② the establishment of a model of organizational health in public information management system that based upon the field study, ③ the verification of the validity of the organizational health model of the public information in government agency.

본 논문에서는 필기체의 한글 세이프 패턴을 부분패턴으로 분리하는 새로운 방법을 제안하였다. 한글 세이프 패턴을 그래프로 변환하고, 그래프상에서 접촉링크와 연결링크를 정의하여 결정한다. 그리고 패턴의 기술함수를 유도하여 한글의 구조적 특징에 의하여 부분패턴으로 분리한다. 그 결과 종래의 세션화 방법에 비하여 훨씬 유연하고 효과적이었다. In this paper, a new method which decomposes a Hangeul shape pattern into a subpatterns is described. The shape patterns is converted into graph and contact links and bridge links are defined. After the defined links are decided in graph, a description function is induced by means of the links. Then the shape pattern decomposes into subpattern by Hangeul shape pattern forms. As a result, this method is more flexible and effective than conventional thinning method.

High efficiency coding methodes are needed to transmit the gray picture informaton. One of these methodes, Block Coding Method, has been presented. But there are same Problemes that the compression efficiency is bad to noise. To solve this problem, this paper applied the Truncation Black Coding Method, and analyzed and compared the results experimentally.

The E-business related to internet is spreading quickly with the evolution of internet technology. The field of Electronic Commerce is the biggest beneficiary among this trend Nowadays, marketing strategy such as more marketing shows its invitation which doesn't satisfy the growing needs of customers. The big change in circumstances of enterprises and competition, the change of paradigm, is being generated. More clever, rational, and personalized customers now want tailor made service to each other. Because the relation between service provider and customer in the paper, Electronic Commerce shopping mall is very important, the ways to fine out the change of customer preference and to offer the customized service to customer the are addressed. With customizing customer's need, it is necessary to put the point to customer driven marketing innovation. Presenting a case which we make customer satisfied through the add-value generating way put together with business strategy and service for customer, also it has a purpose to back up the customer's purchasing decision and to promote marketing.

A natural Language query interface is useful for general database users not familiar with DB. The Korean using Sentence Pattern DB query System, a query interface for relational DB, Korean queries into the equivalent SQL queries. Because the former studies on QoS of streaming video system have focused on the methods that adjust the video stream rate in the network, it has been hard to provide advantage of VBR streaming video that keep uniform resolution in side of user. In this paper it is Design of VBR Streaming Codec that apply the advantages of CBR streaming video to VBR streaming video for guaranteeing QoS in VBR streaming video system.

In this paper, we describe important points about implementation of Natural language query System and suggest the availability of part-of speech pattern, on Semantic Conjunction relation of sentence. It is proposed the answering system that gives the exact answer from the text of question as grouping the synonym declinable word in query according to its pattern.
