자연어 처리를 위한 INPLAN언어의 설계와 실현

A new Programming language, INPLAN, adequate for Natural Language-especially Korean-is defined and implemented. The basic structures of INPLAN are formalized with 9(test) and 13(action) functions by analizing the the essential operations in natural language processing. A hierarchical natural language processing system can be organized with this basic functions combined functionally. The INPLAN can represents the associative relations of grammartical constituents and semantic structures by using varient data structures based on stack functions of natural language. And the interrelationships between syntatic and semantic structures can be also represented. The INPLAN has the flexible control structure to exclude ungrammartical sentence and perform multiple (test) for transition as well as recursive processing facilities. As INPLAN deals with practical problems in natural language processing, INPLAN can be applied as a effective software tool for research and development of natural language understanding system. INPLAN is implemented as interpreter with MACRO facllities using LISP1.5. By means of MACRO, INPLAN become a interactive and incremental system with powerful expansion abilities and supporting, for example compiler, easily developed. The detail implementation method is described and the analysis of the prefinal ending of Korean using INPLAN in also described, which visualize the operations of INPLAN.

Because the former studies on QoS of streaming video system have focused on the methods that adjust the video stream rate in the network, it has been hard to provide advantage of VBR streaming video that keep uniform resolution in side of user. In this paper it is Design of VBR Streaming Codec that apply the advantages of CBR streaming video to VBR streaming video for guaranteeing QoS in VBR streaming video system.

Multimedia streaming Internet broadcast is a key field of the broadcasting communication convergence. Internet broadcasting can be called a major Internet applications expected to grow very large economic and cultural influence in the future. Recently the popularity of UCC has shown the potential for personal Internet broadcast to the Figure shows the public. The existing research on the QoS of streaming video system adjust the video stream being sent from the network's point of view, the focus is to prevent data loss and delay. Once the other hand, changing the quality of the video stream, you will not receive the guaranteed QoS from the perspective of the users who want uniform quality. In this paper, we propose a personal Internet broadcasting system considering a QoS guarantee to provide a uniform quality to the user.

This study is to search for the model of organizatonal health in administrtive information management system to verify its validity. Public information management system have been regarded as the crucial factor of organizational and national development. So, this study is to represent a model to analyze the public information management system for promoting organizational behavior and development The purposes of this study are as follow: ① The synthetic arrangement of the exsisting research records to set up a theorectical framework for public information management sytem, ② the establishment of a model of organizational health in public information management system that based upon the field study, ③ the verification of the validity of the organizational health model of the public information in government agency.

한국어 이해 시스템을 위한 개념구조분석

This paper deals with the conceptual representation to be the kernel part of Natural Language Understanding System. The human cognitive system is analyzed and the special characteristics of language cognitive system are derived, instead of using traditional approaches. It shows that language cognitive system is different from general cognition. X lexical binding grammar (LBG) is p r o p x d to formalize the derived language cognitive system. The lexical concept and contextual concept is in the concept structure of Natural Language. Applying LBG to these concepts, a schema structure as a basic unit of conceptual representation is derived and the versatile characteristics are discussed.

The E-business related to internet is spreading quickly with the evolution of internet technology. The field of Electronic Commerce is the biggest beneficiary among this trend Nowadays, marketing strategy such as more marketing shows its invitation which doesn't satisfy the growing needs of customers. The big change in circumstances of enterprises and competition, the change of paradigm, is being generated. More clever, rational, and personalized customers now want tailor made service to each other. Because the relation between service provider and customer in the paper, Electronic Commerce shopping mall is very important, the ways to fine out the change of customer preference and to offer the customized service to customer the are addressed. With customizing customer's need, it is necessary to put the point to customer driven marketing innovation. Presenting a case which we make customer satisfied through the add-value generating way put together with business strategy and service for customer, also it has a purpose to back up the customer's purchasing decision and to promote marketing.
