Raw meat show high lipid peroxides amount and high increasing in heat and antioxidative effected by flavour about lipid peroxides change existence by beef Bulgogi seasoning. Channge of lipid peroxides are significant increased in meat cold storage and cold storage and cold storage heat meat ofter while 30 minute after seasoned and reduced 9 hour - 33 hour cold storage raw meat, that change of lipid peroxides by cooking time. Every condition by adding soften were revealed lipid peroxides, reduce. Lipid peroxides change are very high while no-sugar in raw meat and not a stone look in 9-jour raw-meat ffter seasone about antioxidative effect by each flavour characterisitic TBA showed very high not take parched seasone seeds item about 30-minute cold storage beat raw-meat and high lipid peroxides revealed increase in not take wine item, not take a pear item, in 9 hour cold storahe heat-meal and it showed little amount not-sugar item, no-opepper item. According to high lipid peroxides hange reduced high after seasoned cold storage stage in Korea traditional Bulogogi Cooking and thouhgthigh that action of antioxidative lipid peroxides wine and a pear in flavour.

Serum electrophophoretic patterns and Takada's reaction were studied in 233 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis. Positive reactions were found in 2.4% and 5.1% of cases with minimal and moderately advanced lesions, respectively, whereas as high as 37% positivity was noted in far advanced cases. In pulmonary tuberculosis, positive Takada's reactions were closely related to decrease in albumin and increase in α-globulin. However, high incidence of positive reaction was noted in far advanced cases than in minimal or moderately advanced cases even in patients with similar changes in albumin and α-globulin, suggesting that Takada's reaction is not only related to albumin and α-globulin but also to some other factors. It cannot be stated definitely whether or not positive reaction in pulmonary tuberculosis are solely due to hepatic dysfunction. However, in view of the fact that severe hepatic complications such as liver cirrhosis are rate in pulmonary tuberculosis, clinically and pathologically, it is more likely that hepatic dysfunction. together with quantitative and qualitative changes in serum albumin and α-globulin are largely responsible for positive Takada's reaction in pulmonary tuberculosis.

The purpose of this study was on exercise cure on ischemic heart disease(IHD). Risk factors are smoke, high pressure, hyperlipidemia, highpercholesterinemia, diabets, obesity. Exercise cure of ischemic heart disease(IHD) is good for function of heart and lung better muscle function, prevent for ischemic heart disease(IHD) prevent aging situation that delaying the aging speed. Moderate sports of ischemic heart disease(IHD) are gymnastics, walking, jogging, gate ball, exercise rhythm, line dance, endurance aerobic exercise, and isometric exercise.

Endurance training are change of insulin reaction during exercise. Training men were revealed reduce of insulin sensibility during exercise. Momental insulin sensibility reduce circumstance during exercise showed training effective response. Glucose use more than much fat oxidation at least. Insulin reduce rate are little during exercise by training generally. Weight control of long-term exercise as to increase sensibility of insulin are help for prevention of diabetes disease in obesity man.

Life style disease as metabolic syndrome come out by occurrence obesity of overfat production and lipids metabolic problem. These disease are high occurrence rate by expect year which serious problem have occurred in childhood or young-hood. Moderate physical activity and exercise are effective control on problem of lipids produce and lipids metabolic problem. Therefore physical activity and exercise that effect on prevention of metabolic syndrome by weight control and lipids metabolic problem in childhood, young-hood and later adulthood.

This study was goal to investigate a reach on organ weight change of brain, heart, kidney, liver by exercise and Job's tears diet that provent for aging and disease to know the effect of exercise and diet condition in rats. This conclusion are that brain weight was increased by exercise and 30%Job's tears diet. Heart weight was reduced by 30%Job's tears diet, not effected significantly by exercise. Kidney weight was reduced by exercise, not effected by diet condition. Liver weight was increased significantly by exercise, not effected significantly by diet condition.

This study was attempted to observe the effect of Job's tear diet on change of body weight composition in rat. The change of body weight were higher in Job's tear non-diet group(A) and seemed to lower in Job's tear diet group(C) as expected.

The purpose of this study was experimented that the effect of exercise load and 30% Job's tears intake of each body weight on food intake amount or increasing body weight and endurance capacity in rats and took 64 rats as the study objects. Using SPSS program mean ± S. D analysis has been experimented and the statistical significance level was set at 0.05 and the measurement result is as follows. first, upon food intake amount was much amount in control group(A), and was reduced in basal diet exercise group(B). second, increasing body weight had revealed high level significantly in basal diet exercise group(B). third, edurance capacity had revealed high level significantly in basal diet exercise group(B) of non load and had revealed high level significaltly in 30% Job's tear exercise group(D) in each weight in 2.5g, 5g, 7.5g, 10g per 100g body weight load. Therefore, exercise training effect to controling intake amount, was thought effect to control increasing body weight and progress endurance capacity in weight load intake of 30% Job's tear.
