The current hospital buildings try to support the functional needs and the social requests that is proper for so fast changes of the society. The historical changes of the hospital is affected by many direct or indirect factors as same as the societal changes. The factors of the changes are so various as the aspect of the disease, the development of medical care, the medical system, the medical facility, the social demands and so on. This thesis aims to investigate the historical traces of the ancient hospital wards through factors related to the changes therefor it will be known what factors affected to the changes of the ancient historical hospital wards. Finally it will be not only presupposed a proper counterproposal to the changes of a future hospital scope, but it will be also known the history of the hospital wards.

In the future, fetal cells in the maternal blood may be a source of material for routine screening for prnatal diagnosis in the first trimester for any woman who wishes to be tested. In order for this to become a reality, the timing of the appearance of fetal cells in the maternal circulation must be defined accurately. So, our work have focused on $quot;when during gestation can fetal cells best be recovered$quot; and whether they are then present and available in sufficient numbers for analysis throughout the pregnancy. Samples were collected from 162 women pregnancy between 7 and 25 weeks of getation and we analyzed the nRBC ratio(%) within total isolated nucleated cells by differential counts(Diff-Quik stained). In this study, we have some conclusions; The results of our study of fetal cell isolation was very encouraging(sucessful rate: 91.35%). It is possible to isolation of nRBC in all pregnant women during 9~25 weeks of pregnancy, although the best period for fetal cell recover was 11~15 weeks of gestation.

최근 기업형 정부 패러다임은 기존 관료제적 패러다임에 비해 공공성이 떨어진다는 이유로 비판의 대상이 되고 있다. 본고에서는 대응성의 개념과 평가방법을 중심으로 이들 두 패러다임을 비교하고자 하였다. 비교의 초점은 1. 기업형 정부의 패러다임은 정치적 책임성을 고려하는가 2. 기업형 정부의 패러다임은 주관적인 평가기준만을 중시하는가 이다. 결과적으로 기업형 정부는 고객 지향적 체제를 통해 정치적 책임성을 확립하며, 설문척도가 객관화된 지표를 기초로 작성된다는 점에서 평가방법의 객관성이 확보하고 있다. 기업형 정부의 패러다임이 향후 신공공관리론의 이론적 토대가 되기 위해서는 경제, 관리적관점 이외에도 정치적 관점의 수용, 분석이 시도되어야 한다 The recent entrepreneurial government paradigm is criticized because of the failing of publicity by the existing bureaucratic paradigm. This study intends to compare these two paradigms, focused on the concept and the evaluation method. Core questions in comparing them are following: 1. Does the entrepreneurial government paradigm consider the political responsiveness 2. Does the entrepreneurial government paradigm emphasize only the subjective evaluation criteria Conclusively, entrepreneurial governments establish the political responsiveness through the customer-oriented system. And, this conclusion is assured in the objectivity of evaluation method in that the questionnaire scales are built based on the objectived indexes. From now on the introduction and analysis in the political perspectives besides the economical, managerial perspectives are needed so that the entrepreneurial government paradigm can become the theoretical foundation of new public management.

본 연구에서는 기존의 행정서비스품질의 평가요인을 알아보고, 새로이 추가되거나 고려해야 할 평가요소를 검토하는데 목적을 두었다. 기존 행정서비스품질평가는 평가주체 및 평가방법에 따라 객관적ㆍ주관적 입장에서 연구되어졌는데, 최근 행정서비스품질평가가 행정개혁의 성과로 이해되면서 평가방식과 절차의 투명성이 중요하게 다루어지게 되었고, 그 결과 기존 행정서비스품질평가방식은 객관적이며 주관적인 방식을 혼용하는 방식으로 변화 되고 있다. 행정서비스평가방식이 혼용방식을 채택하는 것은 긍정적이라고 판단되지만, 평가요소 중서비스공급자와 수혜자간의 의사소통을 통한 성과평가부분이 배제된다면 서비스품질 평가에는 한계가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 향후 고객지향적 행정서비스를 지향해야 하는 시대적 행정조류를 감안해 볼 때, 제공되는 행정서비스에 대한 평가만이 아니라 성과결과에 대한 직접적인 고객과의 의사소통의 결과도 평가요소로 측정해야 하며, 행정서비스품질 측정요소의 다양화가 필요하다고 판단된다. This study aims to review the existing evaluation factors to the quality of public service and to find out the expected evaluation factors to be added or to be considered newly. The existing evaluation factors to the quality of public service have been studied in the objective or subjective viewpoints according to evaluators or evaluation methods. But, as recently they are regarded as the performance of administrative reform, the transparency of the evaluation methods and procedures are treated as important. And, therefore, the existing methods are transferred to the mixture of the objective and subjective method. Adoption of the mixed method in the evaluation is thought as positive, but it is supposed to have some limits without the adequate performance evaluation through the communication of suppliers and beneficiaries. In view of the current trend of client-oriented administrative services, it is thought to be needed to be assessed, in addition to supplied administrative services, the results through direct communications with clients about performance, the diversification of measurement elements of administrative service quality.
