The TSEE glow curve of BeO irradiated to X-ray was obtained by using 2π gas flow GM counter, and the temperature, which was recorded as a function of time, raised at the rate of 0.7℃ per second from 20℃ to 500℃. It was found that there are three peaks of TSEE glow curves at 505, 632 and 710˚K. The values of trap depth and frequency factor for three peaks was obtained by using the method of Kelly-Laubitz and De Muer. Following the analysis of De Muer, the evaluated values of σ_2/σ_1 has been found to satisfy the limit 0<σ_2/σ_1<1, which corresponds to the first order like process of Kelly-Laubitz analysis. The dosimetric characteristic curve of BeO for the peak at 505˚K appears to be a good linear is the dose range from 2×10^-3 mr to 1×10^-1 mr and there is no any fading at room temperature.
