The maintenance and repair of traffic facilities must be established rationally and effectively through scientification, informationization and specialization. The scientific maintenance and repair must be used for the development of methodology about physical life-prediction of traffic facilities so that it would be applied to the policy decision on the maintenance and repair. It seems that we need systemical support for informationization of policy for the traffic control. This conclusion would formulate effective and the most suitable policy through development and support of a traffic control system and prediction system. In expectation of establishment of policy on facility-management, this study will present a checking-plane for the effective control of the crux of a problematic pavement road breakage. For the actual survey, a suburban damaged pavement in Gun-San city was examined, and the improvementive solution is presented.

This study is the result calculated K value (bearing factor), using with load test, and making reference to Terzaghi formular and many scholars' ones. The place which author chose for the test was Kun San Industrial region close to the sea. (Out-Port) 1.The layer for structure of basic ground is so weak that it is necessary to improve the basic ground. 2.The average K value calculated in this region is 3.98kg/cm, but the very fine soil in this region is required to 19.4Kg/Cm because of the road of industrial region.

As an alternative to conventional management options for a lot of concrete waste from decommissioning of nuclear power plants, a set of scenarios for controlled recycling of decommissioning concrete waste as engineered barriers of a radioactive waste repository was proposed, and a comprehensive safety assessment model and framework covering both pre-and post-closure phases was newly developed. The new methodology was applied to a reference vault-type repository, and the ratios of derived concentration limits to unconditional clearance levels of eighteen radionuclides for controlled recycling were provided for three sets of dose criteria (0.01, 1, and 20 mSv/y for the pre-closure and 0.01 mSv/y for the post-closure phases). It turns out that decommissioning concrete waste whose concentration is much higher than the unconditional clearance level can be recycled even when the dose criterion 0.01 mSv/y is applied. Moreover, a case study on ABWR bio-shield shows that the fraction of recyclable concrete waste increases significantly by increasing the dose criterion for the radiation worker in the pre-closure phase or the duration of storage prior to recycling. The results of this study are expected to contribute to demonstrating the feasibility of controlled recycling of a lot of decommissioning concrete waste within nuclear sectors

In this paper, as the altitude of the DAECHON besch is surveyed, it is analyzed to the transition of it's beach sand. This research helf the use and development of a tourist resources and the conservation of environment in future.

Geological investigation is performed on the scoured area considering factors and causes. Summaries of the results are as follows. First, gradient investigation shows that the sloped land can be denuded by environmental factors. Secondly, strength investigation shows that the nearer land to the coast is, the easier collapse may happen because of the line is retreating, and causes the transfer and crush of particles.

This study is taken about an collapsing land through observation on coast vestige by geologic technique. Pyoungtack area on western coast is chose for objective area requested by Kunsan Univ. Collapsing Investigation Center. According to a landregister map from 1914 year to 2000 year, lost territory was the mean number 44.5m and a coast line of Ansan bay was to erode with natural appearance. A coast line have been retroceded harbor improvement with river channel be changed. Harbor construction work retired a landregister boundary line, so a documented land disappeared and new collapsing land be formed.
