The Servo motor is consistent with the magnet rotor, winding, magnetic back iron and the sensor. Especially the soft magnetic back iron in the servo motor, which consists of the magnet rotor and winding, and between these two components lies the magnetic circle. Its important to monitor the output power of to make conclusive decision for designs. In these days main household electrical appliances, business machinery and tools are made by process of miniaturization. Because of this miniaturization in hardware, miniaturization of the servo motor is essential But the decrease inside affects the power output. For improve of these has been several attempt at improving the power output of these smaller servo motors. There has been experiment in the servo motor composition, composing of the improvement of the soft magnetic back iron through comparison of the out put power plans are being made.

The disc driver is one of the servo drivers which have many applications in various fields. For efficent and easy, it is desirable to be small and thin in its size. Howeber, the driver which uses a conventional wire reel ist very difficult to be reduced in its volume. one of altanatives to achieve the above goal is the tick film multilayer winding. The winding method will significantly reduce the total volume of the driver. Therfor this paper proposed the tick film multylayer winding methodes and consists of four parts : design manufacturs, properties and applications.

If it make used to the motor for automatic machinery, that have high precition stop of motor and high efficiency. In order to operation in this paper, the static position of motor to have analyzing comparision of constant voltage control methode and constant current control methode. And designd to a circuit of 4 phase unipolar for driving of hybrid stepping motor.

dc servo driver의 control과 구동(commutierung)을 위하여 많은 자기센서들이 이용된다. 그러나 많은 자기센서들은 그들의 비선형 특성 때문에 그들의 사용에 제약을 받는다. magnetoresistive sensor는 자기센서의 하나로 그의 driver에 응용을 위하여 특성곡선의 분선과 nonlinar 특성의 linar 을 위한 연구를 실시 하였다.

NdFeB로 만들어진 permanent magnet dc driver는 많은 분야에서 사용된다. 그중 소형 disk type servo driver는 컴퓨터의 hard disk driver나 floppy driver등과 같은 소형기기의 구동용으로 사용된다. 기존의 dc drive는 coil를 감아 winding으로 사용한다. 만들어진 driver에는 coper printed multilayer winding을 사용하였다. 이 논문에서는 thin film multilayer winding의 제조방법, 특성에 관하여 논한다. 또한 dc driver의 commutation를 위해 사용되는 hallsensor 대신에 비 선형 특성의 MR sensor를 선형화시켜 driver의 commutation에 사용하였으며 이렇게 만들어진 소형 driver의 rpm, torque등의 특성을 연구하였다.
