중년 여성의 12주간 걷기 운동이 면역 기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate immune reaction after 12weeks walking training in middle-aged women. Subjects were seven healthy middle-aged women who not taking any particular physical training. VO₂max was determined for each subject by administering a treadmill exercise test(0% slope, start speed 80m/min, increased 20m/min each 2min). Training protocol were composed of warming up(10min), treadmill 6㎞ walking (80m/min, 75min, 4 frequancy/week) and cooling down(10min). Paired t-test was used to evaluate the difference of pre and post aerobic training. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of this study are as follows ; 1. Body weight and %fat were decreared, VO₂inax and VO₂max/㎏ were increared after 12weeks walking training. 2. WBC, lymphocyte, T lymphocyte, Th, Th/Ts were significantly increased but Ts was decreased after 12weeks training. We concluded: After 12weeks walking training, Th was increased, while Ts was decreased. So Th/Ts ratio was elevated. It means that immune function was improved.

The purpose of this study was carried out to investigate changes of the left ventricular dimensions in long distance runners during exercise. The subjects were eight male long distance runners(average age; 21 ±1.04 years, carreer; 7.4 ±2.11 years, height; 170.1 ±4.41cm, body weight; 59.2 ±3.27kg) and ten male non-athletes(average age; 23.2 ±1.16 years, height; 168.3 ±3.65cm, body weight; 61.4 ±3.41kg). Left ventricular dimensions were measured by 2-dimension echocardiography at rest and during 8 min of semisupine, graded bicycle ergometer exercise(0.5kp and 1.0kp) Left ventricular dimension was significantly hyperthrophy in long distance runners than non-athlets. As for dimensions, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVDD), left ventricular end-systolic posterior wall thickness(PWTS), interventricular septum thickness at end-systolic(STS) and amplitude of motion of posterior left ventricular endocardial echo(ENa) increased during exercise in long distance runners and non athletes. Left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVSD), left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness(PWTD), interventricular septum thickness at end-diastolic(STD) and ratio of wall thickness to internd radius(h/R) decreased during exercise in long distance runners and non-athletes.

The purpose of this study was carried out to investigate changes of serum LDH CPK, GOT and GPT activity after maximal exercise and 12 minute running. Materials and Methods The subjects were seven healthy males in thirty years of age. (average age : 33.6±1.84years, average height : 172±4.57cm, average bodyweight : 74.5±9.82kg) VO₂was determined for each subject by administering a treadmill graded exercise test using incremental protocol. The protocol began with 2min of running at 120m/min, 5% grade. After a 3min rest period, the subject resumed running at same workload. Thereafter, the speed was increased 40m/min, every 3min and the grade was constant (5%) until exhaustion. VO₂was measured by an open-circuit technique during the final minutes of exercise. Gas was expired through a breathing valve and collected in Douglas bags. O₂and CO₂concentration were measured by Scholander micro Gas Analyzer (BM-10 ; FUKUDA SANGYO, JAPAN) When the subjects did 12minute running, they covered the greatest distance that they could in 12minutes, walking and running on 200m track. The blood was drawn twice in medial antebrachial vein before ad 3min after maximal exercise, 12minute running. All blood samples were centrifuged after 30minutes serum enzymes analysis was used by Hitach 736-20. LDH, CPK were analyzed by G.S.C.C method, Wiboblewski-La Due method, respectively. GOT, GPT were analyzed by I.F.C.C method. Results The results obtained in the present study were as follows : 1) After maximal exercise, serum LDH concentration significantly increased from 246.14±27.90IU/L to 315.29±33.99IU/L(p<0.01) 2) After 12 minute running, serum LDH concentration significantly increased to 343.71±36.22IU/L(p<0.01) 3) After maximal exercise and 12 minute running, serum CPK level increased to 168.75±28.66IU/L, 174±29.01IU/L respectively. They are significant.(p<0.05, p<0.05) 4) Though GOT, GPT increased after maximal exercise and 12 minute running, they are no significant. Conclusion We had the conclusion in present study as follows ; The relationship between exercise and serum enzymes activity is different from exercise intensity and duration. Exercise duration is especially more relative than exercise intensity in serum enzymes activity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution of VO₂max. and changes of blood metabolic substrates in Taekwondo compitition, Subjects as a T group were seven well-trained Taekwondo players. Control group was composed of seven healthy male students who taking Taekwondo club in D university. Data were analyzed by ANOVA with post hoc-test The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study Result of this are as follows: Through Taekwondo competition it showed that average lactate concentration were increased by rotating round in both groups. the concenttiation of Glucose and F.F.A were increased by rotating round in Taekwondo competition. TG concentration was gradually increased until 2 round but at 3 round it was decreased in T group.
수영선수의 shot fin 훈련이 하지근력 및 기록에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of short fin training on performance in swimmers. Subjects as an experimental group were seven well-trained female collegial swimmers, they were trained by swimming with short fin. Control group was composed of seven well-trained collegial female swimmers .who taking normal swimming training. 1. VO₂max was found to have a significant increase by 9.9% in experimental group. 2. Peak torque of left leg extensor in 60˚/sec were found to have a significant increase both groups. 3. The records of 200m crawl were found to the improvement, but to have no significance in the control group. While those of 200m crawl were also found to have the improvement, significantly (p<.05). The records of crawl ith only kick were found to have the improvement in the control group, but to have no significance. While those of crawl with only dick were also found to have the improvement, significantly, in the experimental group. As the above, the results of training groups taken on short fin were found to have a great increase in VO₂max, each leg extensor both left and right, and the peak torque of extension in 60˚/sec both right and left legs. Because of the results, the record was found to have the improvement in crawl and crawl with only kick.
지구성운동후 혈청 LDH 활성 및 Isoenzyme 분포의 변화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate changes of serum LDH, isoenzyme pattern and H/M ratio of the pre and post endurance exercise. Subjects as an athlete group were seven well-trained long distance male runners. Non-athlete group was composed of seven healthy male students who not taking any particular physical training. V˙O_2mas. was determined for each subject by administering a treadmill exercise test with Bruce protocol. The exercise intensities are decided by regresion equations between the percantage of V˙O_2masand speed (mph), grade(%) Subjects had engaged in tread mill exercise for 40minutes at 50% V˙O_2mas. exercise. The LDH isoenzymes assay were determined by the LDH isoenzyme electrophoresis procedure. Paired t-test was used to evaluate the difference of the pre and post exercise within group and between groups. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical leverl for the study. The results of the study are as follows: 1. At rest, Athlete group is higher in serum LDH activity and H/M ration than non-athlete group. 2. Serum LDH activity increased after endurance exercise. 3. After 50% V˙O_2mas. exercise, LDH_1 significantly increased in athlete and non-athlete group(P<0.01). H type(%) significantly increased in 50% V˙O_2mas. exercise (P<0.01).
