近年、各国の自動車業界では自動車メーカー主導で構築されてきた情報システムの非効率性を改善するため、業界標準ネットワークをはじめとする情報標準化を進めている。本稿の目的は、日韓の部品調達における情報ネットワークの現状を把握し、取引構造が部品調達システムの情報化に与える影響を明らかにすることである。 本稿では、日韓における部品調達構造の相違に焦点を当てて企業間情報ネットワークの意義について分析を行う。日韓の部品調達構造は、日本がネットワーク型であり韓国はヒエラルキー型の対照的な特徴を有している。本稿の含意として、情報技術の活用を巡る単純な収斂論は存在しないということが挙げられる。自動車メーカーとサプライヤーは、専門化された分業構造に基づく緊密な協力関係を維持してきた。企業間情報ネットワークはサプライチェーンの基盤となるものであるため標準化の道を辿っている。しかし、情報システムや情報ネットワークの導入および活用は,必ずしも特定の産業ごとに固有の対応関係を有するとは言い難い。 The information system of original specifications built by a car manufacturer was built by the automotive industry of each country conventionally. In late years the inefficiency came to be pointed out. And the standardization of not only the inter-firm information network but also the information tool is advancing in an automotive industry. The purpose of this report examines the present conditions of the information network in the Japan-Korea parts supply system, and it is to clarify the influence that the parts supply structure of the two countries gives information standardization. This report examines in particular significance of the information standardization mainly on the example of the standard network in the Japan-Korea automotive industry.

It’s necessary to recover quickly after disasters occur. However, the workers can’t work in seriously damaged area because there is a possibility of secondary disaster. Therefore, the remote controlled construction machines are used to restore the damaged area. But now, the operator of these machines needs to be helped by a person who operates camera. The camera is manually operated by the operator. So, there is a problem that some persons are assigned to the camera operators and a difference in work efficiency is caused depending on their skill level. In order to solve this problem, we are developing an automatic tracking camera control system for construction machine operators by using image processing. It works well like manual camera operation. However, the reproduction of the skilled camera operation is still not enough. Therefore, we aimed to improve the system. In this paper, to improve the system, we recognized the moving direction of the construction machine from the image by image processing. In addition, using this recognition results, we improved the system to display more suitable image to machine operator according to the recognized moving direction.
Synthetic Lethal and Convergent Biological Effects of Cancer-Associated Spliceosomal Gene Mutations

<P><B>Summary</B></P> <P>Mutations affecting RNA splicing factors are the most common genetic alterations in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patients and occur in a mutually exclusive manner. The basis for the mutual exclusivity of these mutations and how they contribute to MDS is not well understood. Here we report that although different spliceosome gene mutations impart distinct effects on splicing, they are negatively selected for when co-expressed due to aberrant splicing and downregulation of regulators of hematopoietic stem cell survival and quiescence. In addition to this synthetic lethal interaction, mutations in the splicing factors SF3B1 and SRSF2 share convergent effects on aberrant splicing of mRNAs that promote nuclear factor κB signaling.
