        국내 체육계 진로상담 연구 동향 분석

        목적 본 연구에서는 기존의 진행, 연구된 체육계의 진로상담 관련 연구를 분석하여 현 체육게의 현황을 파악하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 2023년 4월까지 등재지 및 등재후보지에 게재된 국내 체육계 진로상담 관련 논문 총 17편을 대상으로 연구시기별 논문 수, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법의 4가지 기준으로 구분하고 각 프로그램 개발 연구에서 개발한 프로그램 구성내용을 분석하였다. 결과 연구시기에 따른 분석 결과, 2016년부터 관련연구가 많아졌던 것을 확인하였다. 연구대상을 학교급별로 구분한 결과, 성인대상 연구가 가장 많았으며, 선수의 종류로 구분한 결과는 체육교사나 진로상담사 등 비선수를 대상으로 진행된 연구가 가장 많았다. 연구주제를 진로교육 및 진로상담, 진로상담 프로그램 개발, 진로전환의 3가지로 구분하여 분석한 결과, 시간이 지남에 따라 연구는지속적으로 증가하고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 연구방법별 결과는 질적연구가 가장 많았다. 진로 관련된 프로그램 연구의 분석결과, 기본적으로 모든 프로그램이 자신에 대한 이해와 직업이나 진로에 대한 탐색을 포함하고 있으며, 프로그램 대상자는 대부분이 은퇴선수였다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 국내 체육계의 진로관련 연구는 아직 부족한 상태이지만 증가되고 있는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 향후에는관련 연구가 더욱 많아질 것으로 예측되며, 진로교육이 가장 적절한 시기인 고등학교 시절이나 현역선수에 초점을 맞추는 연구 등, 연구 대상이나 방법이 확대할 필요가 있다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing studies related to career counseling in the Korean sports discipline and tried to understand the current situation. Methods For this purpose, 17 articles related to career counseling in the domestic sports discipline published in registration sites and candidate registration sites by April 2023 were analyzed by dividing them into four criteria: number of articles by period, research subjects, theme, and methods. In addition, the contents of the program structure developed in each program development research were analyzed. Results The main results were as follows. First, it was confirmed that the number of related studies has increased since 2016. Second, the classification of subjects by school grade revealed that the most significant number of studies targeted adults, while sort of athletes revealed that the most significant number of studies targeted non-athletes such as physical education teachers and career counselors. Third, as a result of dividing research themes into three categories: ‘career education and career counseling’, ‘career counseling program development’, and ‘career change’, it was confirmed that the number of studies increased continuously over time. Fourth, Qualitative researches were the most frequently analyzed results by methods. Fifth, an analysis of the contents of the program structure developed in each program development research showed that all programs included self-understanding and exploration of careers, and most of the program subjects were retired athletes. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it was found that research related to careers in the domestic sports world is still insufficient in quantity, but it is increasing. It is expected that there will be more related studies in the future, and it is necessary to expand the research subjects and methods, such as research focusing on athletes in high school and active athletes, when career education is the most appropriate period.

        하타요가 프로그램이 매우 민감한 사람(Highly Sensitive Person)의 스트레스, 불안, 우울 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to research the effect of an 8-week Hatha yoga program on the stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem of the Highly Sensitive Person. Methods: 33 adults were assigned to HSP Hatha yoga groups(n=8), non-HSP Hatha yoga groups(n=9), HSP control groups(n=8), or non-HSP control groups(n=8), and verified the effects of the Hatha yoga program. The collected data pre and post the Hatha yoga program were statistically analyzed using mean, standard deviation, homogeneity, and variance with IBM SPSS v.26. After 8-weeks of the Hatha yoga program, conducted a Semi-structural interview with HSP Hatha yoga groups(n=7), non-HSP Hatha yoga groups(n=6) about the effect of the Hatha yoga program. Results: The results of analyzing within-subject, DASS-21 depression and self-esteem showed significant differences, especially HSP's DASS-21 depression, and self-esteem were most improved. There were no significant differences in between-group (HSP or non-HSP) effect sizes.The interaction effects on time × level of SPS(HSP or non-HSP) showed significant differences in perceived stress, DASS-21 stress and DASS-21 depression and there were big differences in the HSP Hatha yoga group's decrease of DASS-21 stress and depression and increase of self-esteem. Also, the interaction effects on time × intervention(participating in the Hatha yoga program or not) showed significant differences in DASS-21 stress and DASS-21 depression, and the Hatha yoga program group's DASS-21 stress, depression, and self-esteem improved. As comparing HSP Hatha yoga groups and non-HSP Hatha yoga groups, the within-subject effect sizes showed significant differences in all of the dependent variables. Conversely, there were no significant differences in between-group effect sizes. However, the interaction effects on time × level of SPS(HSP or non-HSP) showed a significant decrease in perceived stress and depression, the HSP group got a major decrease, especially. Conclusion: Based on this study, it became clear that the Hatha yoga program is effective to decrease stress and depression and increase self-esteem regardless of HSP or not, it works to decrease HSP's stress and depression, significantly. It provided the possibility for the Hatha yoga program to become one of the positive methods of the solution for HSP who easy to get some problems with their mental health.
