Pyloric Gland Adenoma of the Esophagus Treated by Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection: A Case Report
Park Kwangbeom,Kim Do Hoon,Lee Sung Duck,Lee Hyun,Jung Hwoon-Yong 거트앤리버 소화기연관학회협의회 2022 Gut and Liver Vol.16 No.3
A pyloric gland adenoma is a rare neoplasm that occurs most frequently in the stomach and should be removed because of its precancerous potential. Although there have been case reports of pyloric gland adenomas in extragastric areas such as the duodenum, pancreas, and bile duct, esophageal pyloric gland adenoma has never been reported in Korea. Herein, we report a case of esophageal pyloric gland adenoma that was successfully treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between leisure motivation, physical self-efficacy, and leisure satisfaction of Womens football players. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 291 questionnaires were surveyed. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 20.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, leisure motivation partially had a significant effect on physical self-efficacy. Second, physical self-efficacy had a positive effect on leisure satisfaction. Third, leisure motivation partially had a significant effect on leisure satisfaction. In conclusion, this study shows that leisure motivation and physical self-efficacy are important factors in the leisure satisfaction of Womens football players. Recommending football activities to women with physical motivation related to physical fitness improvement and women with confidence in their bodies can be a solution to the shortage of Womens football players pointed out as a problem in this study. In the future, it is judged that various studies targeting womens football players are needed for the development of domestic womens football.
An analysis of CH4/N2 rich biogas production, fuel treatment process and microturbine application
Jungkeuk Park,Kwangbeom Hur,Sanggyu Rhim,Ho Kang 한국화학공학회 2011 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.28 No.1
Biogas usually contains CH_4 and CO_2 as main components with the ratio of 6 : 4, and its composition varies with wide range depending on digester conditions. In addition to concentration change of each constituent, biogas composition could be changed due to the variations in the organic matter treatment process. The aim of the study is to analyze the production and application to a microturbine system of CH_4/N_2 rich biogas produced from Gong-Ju wastewater treatment plant. CH_4/N_2 rich biogas is produced due to the internal wastewater recirculation. The internal wastewater recirculation is intended to enhance NO_3^− removal without additional carbon source input. As a result, the digester was shown to be the highest contributor for nitrogen removal and average CH_4 concentration was lowered compared to the typical biogas composition. Nitrate removal rate was influenced by the internal recirculation ratio. Content of N_2has no effect on biogas clean-up system performance. Besides, adaptability of CH_4/N_2 rich biogas to microturbine was satisfactory with very low NOx and SO_2 concentration in microturbine exhaust gas. Influence of high N_2 concentration of biogas on NOx concentration was limited due to the low combustion temperature.

Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) has started the nation's first biogas-microturbine project in the city of Gongju as an effort to encourage the utilization of wasted biogas containing useful energy source in the form of CH₄. The goal of the project is to set up the biogas microturbine co-generation system for utilizing biogas as an energy source and improving the economics of the wastewater treatment plant. Biogas pre-treatment system satisfies Capstone's fuel condition requirement with the test result of 99.9% and 90.2% of hydrogen sulphide and ammonia is removal performance. installation of microturbine and manufacture of heat exchanger to warm anaerobic digester has been done successfully. Expected economic profit produced by the system is coming from energy saving including electricity 115,871㎾h/year and heat contained in exhaust gas 579GJ/year. However, the system is needed to upgrade its economics by increasing biogas production and optimizing opereation mode in the future and the feasibility is discussed. Changes in internal recirculation ratio and pre-treatment degree are needed to optimize plant operation and biogas production. For the operation mode, rather than continuous full day operation with the partial load, intense operation during peak demand hours with full load will be needed to increase the efficiency of the system.
