While most embedded systems have been regarded as central system, these days embedded systems are widely used in distributed environment. However verifying distributed system is extremely difficult due to the asynchronous events generated by distributed devices. Code simulation methods that were commonly used for central system. But They are not suitable for verifying distributed embedded system. since distributed systems simulation need many simulator nodes. In this paper, I propose a code simulator technique based on distributed message broker. Distributed message broker not only transports message simulator node from other simulator node, but also synchronizes each simulator node using global clock for synchronizing the asynchronous events generated by the system. And distributed code simulator has a virtual driver based code simulator and virtual prototyping. This approach may be very useful for verifying distributed embedded software and can reduce total simulation time through simple synchronization method of distributed message broker.
세탁기 전장품 모델링을 통한 SIL 소프트웨어 테스트 자동화 기법
It takes a long time to test embedded software on the washing machine due to long washing processes. Most home appliances require a lot of time to verify software, such as washing machines. Development schedule is becoming shorter and delivery time is very important to make company’s profit. So testing lead time must be reduced. In this paper, a method of reducing embedded software testing lead time for the washing machine is proposed in quality engineer test phase with minimum human and cost resources. Nowadays, many change points of washing machines are software algorithm. And it’s increase more and more. This proposal is useful for an only embedded software change. If both of software and hardware are changed at the same time, this proposal has limited application. 가상의 환경에서 테스트 도구를 구축을 하는데 SILS(Software-in-the-Loop simulation) 설계 및 구현이 필요하다. 가전제품마다 전장품의 구성과 임베디드 소프트웨어 구조를 서로 다르게 가지기 때문에 세탁기의 특성에 맞는 테스트 도구 및 설계가 필요하다.
