      This study presents a novel approach to the demand forecasting problem in the steel industry using a multivariate time series prediction model, the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network. The steel industry places a premium on demand forecasting due to the complexity of its production process, the length of lead times, and the uncertainty of the market. Consequently, this study employed the LSTM model to forecast the demand for steel products. The LSTM model is effective at learning the patterns inherent in time series data and using this information to predict future demand.  In this study, the demands for steel products by considering a variety of market factors were forcasted by the machine learning method. To this end, a multivariate LSTM model was developed and used with a variety of metrics to evaluate the performance of this model. Also, to reflect the characteristics of the steel industry, feature selection was performed using the knowledge of industry experts.  Ultimately, the LSTM model developed in this study demonstrated superior performance compared to traditional demand forecasting methodologies. In particular, it reflected complex market trends and the characteristics of the steel industry well, enabling more accurate demand forecasting. Moreover, the approach proposed in this study could also be applied to demand forecasting problems in other industries.  This study provides a new solution to the demand forecasting problem in the steel industry, and it is expected to enhance the efficiency of production planning and inventory management. These results are anticipated to improve the accuracy of demand forecasting not only in the steel industry but also in other manufacturing industries. Additionally, the findings of this study will contribute to promoting industrial applications of advanced forecasting techniques like LSTM.

    • 인간 두뇌의 전두엽 메타 제어 이론 기반 강화학습 에이전트 적응력 향상에 관한 연구

      Based on human learning system, reinforcement learning (RL) has shown superhuman performance. There is an emerging number of model-based (MB) RL approaches pursuing the potential benefits of higher sample efficiency and fast adaptation capacity. However, according to recent benchmark studies, MB is not always superior to model-free (MF) RL if it experiences difficulty in learning relatively easy tasks for humans or if the formation of a world model is hindered by the uncertain options of the task. To generalize the agent regardless of the task conditions, the RL agent has to use both MB and MF learning strategies parallelly. Recent findings in computational neuroscience suggest mounting evidence to support the key principle underlying RL in the human brain is meta-control, such as the arbitration control of MB and MF based on prediction error (PE). To this end, we propose a novel neuroscience-inspired RL algorithm called Meta-Dyna, which can flexibly adapt to frequent changes in environments, including both the goals and latent state-transition uncertainty, based on the concept of prefrontal meta-control. Using this approach, we test three environments and demonstrate optimal performance: i) Two-stage MDT, which is widely known for investigating the characteristics of human RL; ii) GridWorldLoCA, known as a benchmark environment for MB RL; iii) Gym Atari-Pong, newly designed based on OpenAI Gym Atari-Pong. We applied goal condition and state-transition probability based on the Two-stage MDT option. Experimental results show that our proposal exhibited better performance with respect to average reward, choice optimality, and energy efficiency than those of baseline RL models (p<0.001, independent sample t-test). Applying Meta Control based on the prefrontal cortex, Meta-Dyna demonstrates superiority in terms of a performance-speed-efficiency balance, as evidenced by the highest average rewards (Two-stage MDT - tabular: 0.61, neural network: 0.71 / Atari-Pong: -0.091), rapid convergence to optimal points (GridWorldLoCA), and lower learning costs (Atari-Pong-timestep). Gaining a deeper insight into these results would allow us not only to advance the computational theory of RL but also to build human-like RL agents. 인간 두뇌의 전두엽 메타 제어 이론 기반 강화학습 에이전트 적응력 향상에 관한 연구 인간 학습 시스템을 바탕으로 한 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 은 특화된 분야에서 인간을 뛰어넘는 성능을 보여주고 있다. 최근 높은 샘플 효율성과 빠른 적응 능력의 잠재적 이점을 추구하는 모델 기반 (Model Based) 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 접근 방식이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 최근 벤치마크 연구에 따르면, 모델 기반 (Model Based) 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 이 인간에게 비교적 쉬운 작업을 학습하는 데 어려움을 겪거나 작업의 불확실한 선택으로 인 해 환경 모델 (World Model) 형성이 방해받을 경우, 모델 프리 (Model-Free) 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 보다 항상 우월하지 는 않음을 알 수 있다. 작업 조건에 관계없이 에이전트를 일반화하려면, 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 에이전트는 모델 기반 (Model Based) 와 모델 프리 (Model-Free) 학습 전략을 병행적으로 사용해야 한다. 최근 계산 신경과학에서의 발견은 인간 뇌에서 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 을 근간으로 하는 주요 요소인 메타 제어 (Meta Control), 예를 들어 예측 오류 (Prediction Error) 에 기반한 모 델 기반 (Model Based) 와 모델 프리 (Model-Free) 의 중재 (arbitration) 제어를 지지하는 증거가 점차 늘어나고 있다. 이를 위해, 이 논문에서는 빈번한 환경 변화에 유연하게 적응할 수 있는 새로운 신경과 학에서 영감을 받은 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 알고리즘인 메 타-다이나 (Meta-Dyna) 를 제안한다. 이는 목표와 잠재적 상태 전환 불 확실성을 포함한 환경 변화에 대해 전두엽 메타 제어 (Meta Control) 개 념을 바탕으로 한다. 이 접근 방식을 사용하여, 세 가지 환경에서 최적의 성능을 시험하고 입증했다: i) 의사결정에 대한 인간 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 의 특성을 확인하는 데 널리 알려진 Two-stage MDT; ii) 모델 기반 (Model Based) 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 벤치마크 환경으로 알려진 GridWorldLoCA; iii) OpenAI Gym Atari-Pong 을 기반으로 새롭게 설계된 Atari-Pong. 이 논문에서는 Two-stage MDT 옵션에 기반하여 목표 조건과 상태 전 환 확률을 적용하였다. 실험 결과에 따르면, 평균 보상, 선택 최적성, 에 너지 효율성 측면에서 기존 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 모델들 보다 통계적으로 더 높은 성능을 보였다 (p<0.001, independent sample t-test). 전두엽 기반 메타 제어 (Meta Control) 를 적용한 메타-다이나 (Meta-Dyna) 는 가장 높은 평균보상 (Two-stage MDT - tabular:0.61, neural network:0.71 / Atari-Pong:-0.091), 최적점으로의 빠른 수렴 (GridWorldLoCA), 학습 관련 적은 비용 (cost) (Atari-Pong-timestep) 과 같이 성능-속도-효율 균형점 측면에서 우위를 가져감을 확인할 수 있 다. 이러한 결과를 더 깊이 이해함으로써, 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 의 계산 이론을 발전시킬 뿐만 아니라 인간과 같은 (human-like) 강화학습 (Reinforcement Learning) 에이전트를 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

    • Classification of kinematic costs from control parameters during periodic wrist movements

      인간의 운동 특성을 조사하기 위해 PTP (point-to-point movement) 와 step-tracking 운동이 실시되었다. 궤적을 분석함으로써 optimization theory를 기반으로 motor planning의 비용 함수를 설명하기 위해 minimum jerk model 또는 minimum torque change model등이 제안되었다. 그러나 인간은 시작점과 끝점이 분명한 discrete movement와 더불어 걷기나 달리기와 같은 연속적인 운동도 익숙하게 수행하기 때문에 위의 두 대표적 motor planning 모델들이 인간의 운동 특성을 완전히 설명하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 일반적인 인간의 운동 제어와 계획을 분석하기 위해서는 연속적인 움직임을 필요로 하는 운동에 대한 연구가 더 필요하다. 본 연구에서 수행 된 손목 회전 운동의 목표는 원형 target을 추적할 때 나타나는 인간의 제어 전략을 분석하고, 손목 회전 중에 계측된 제어 매개변수를 관절 내부 좌표계와 엔드이펙터 좌표계로 분리하여 각각에서 드러나는 운동학적 비용을 비교하는 것이다. 2자유도 손목 상하좌우 위치를 측정하는 manipulandum을 사용하여 두 가지 실험이 수행되었다. 과제 1은 target이 보이는 영역과 보이지 않는 영역으로 구성된 원형 궤도를 손목을 회전하여 화면에 보이는 tracer를 움직여 세가지 속도로 등속 원 운동하는 target을 추적하였다. 작업 2는 사용자에게 목표하는 손목 회전 속도와 실제 손목의 회전 속도만 피드백으로 제공하여 등속 자유 회전을 유도하였다. 10 명과 14 명의 오른손잡이 피험자가 각 과제에 참여했다. 운동 매개변수들을 해석하여, 피험자들이 천천히 움직이는 target은 두 커서의 각위치에 더 많은 초점을 맞추었고 빠른 target은 각속도에 더 집중했다는 것을 발견했다. 또한 추적 운동 중 target의 visual feedback은 인간의 운동 특성에 대해 더 많은 것을 보여주었는데, 피드백의 부재는target의 속도에 관계없이 필연적으로 위치 오차가 증가하게 한다. 하지만 느린 추적의 경우 위치 오류의 급격한 증가가 관찰되는 반면 빠른 추적의 경우에는 큰 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 빠른 속도의 invisible tracking에서 속도 매개변수의 오차가 감소했기 때문인데 이는 결과적으로 위치변수의 오차를 감소하는 원인이 되었다. 따라서 인간은 빠른 회전 속도의 추적 작업은 속도를 주요 제어 매개 변수로 나타나며 뇌에 속도에 대한 제어모델이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 작업 2에서 손목 각속도의 주기적인 국소 최대, 최소값이 발견되어 회전 속도의 감각이 관절 내부좌표계를 기반으로 한다는 것을 발견하였고, 접선방향 속도의 정규분포를 만족하는 일정한 데이터는 엔드이펙터 좌표가 비용함수와 밀접한 관계를 가질 것이라는 사실을 발견했다. 따라서 본 연구는 연속 동작 중, 속도 매개변수가 운동의 계획 및 내부 모델, optimization theory의 비용함수와 밀접한 관련이 있음을 제안한다. Point-to-point movements (PTP) or step-tracking exercises were practiced to examine human motor characteristics. By analyzing the trajectories, minimum jerk model or minimum torque-change model was suggested to explain cost functions from optimal theory. However, the fact humans are more familiar with continuous movement such as walking or running instead of discrete movement shows that these models have limitations to fully explain human motor characteristics. Therefore, more studies on exercises that require continuous movement is necessary in order to analyze general human motor control. The goal of the continuous wrist-rotating tasks performed in the study was to suggest the control strategy during circular target tracking and compare kinematic costs each from joint coordinate and end-effector coordinate during free wrist rotation. Using a manipulandum that measures wrist position, two experimental tasks was held. Task 1 was a tracking task with a target constantly following circular orbit which consists of target-visible and target-invisible regions. Task 2 was a free rotation task with constant velocity that only provides a user his rotational speed as a feedback. Ten and fourteen right-handed subjects participated in each task. From the result, slowly moving target made the participants focus more on the angular position of the target whereas fast target made them concentrate more on the angular velocity. The visible and invisible section during the tracking exercise revealed more about the human motor characteristics. Regardless of target speed, position error has to increase due to absence of the feedback. Dramatic increase in position error is observed in case of slow tracking, whereas no significant change is shown for fast tracking. Therefore, tracking task with moderate or fast rotational speed revealed velocity as the major control parameter. From the Task 2, the sense of rotational velocity was discovered at the joint coordinate by periodic local maxima whereas the constant rotational velocity was found at end-effector coordinate by normal distribution of the tangential velocity. These facts seem to imply that velocity parameter during continuous motion is strongly related to the motor planning and development of internal model.

    • 차량 에드혹 네트워크에서 응급메시지 전파를 위한 멀티홉 브로드캐스트 기법

      In vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs), multi-hop wireless broadcast has been considered a promising technology to support safety-related applications. In this paper, we propose a multi-hop broadcast scheme to address the issue of emergency message dissemination in VANETs. To shorten emergency message transmission delay and reduce message redundancy, the proposed scheme includes a relay node selection procedure. The procedure utilizes partition of transmission range and black-burst to quickly select remote neighboring nodes. A single relay node is successfully chosen by the contention among them. Based on the relay node selection procedure, we design directional broadcast and multi-directional broadcast according to the positions of the emergency message senders. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme improves the performance of multi-hop broadcast in terms of single-hop delay and message propagation delay.

    • 알렉산더 맥퀸 컬렉션에 나타난 그로테스크 특성을 활용한 패션디자인연구

      본 논문은 알렉산더 맥퀸 컬렉션에 나타난 그로테스크 특성을 분석하고 이를 활용한 패션디자인을 개발하여 창의적인 패션디자인을 제시하는 데 있다. 알렉산더 맥퀸 컬렉션에 나타난 특성을 고찰하기 위해 알렉산더 맥퀸의 생애와 성장배경을 살펴보고, 작품세계에 대하여 고찰하였다. 그로테스크의 발생개념과 배경을 선행연구를 통해 살펴보았으며, 패션에서 나타난 그로테스크에 대한 분석을 4가지 특성으로 고찰하였다. 기괴한 공포, 비정상적 유희, 신체훼손과 왜곡, 극단적 혐오로 특성을 분류하였다. 알렉산더 맥퀸 컬렉션에 나타난 기괴한 공포의 외적 특성은 악마, 죽음 등 공포심을 유발하는 오브제와 디테일의 사용, 공포적인 분위기 연출, 현실에 존재하지 않는 미지의 세계와 생물에 대한 공포로 볼 수 있었다. 내적 의미는 인간의 본능에 각인된 공포, 내면의 공격적이고 파괴적인 본능, 비인간적인 현대사회에 대한 고발로 도출되었다. 비정상적 유희에서 도출된 특성은 현실에서 벗어난 듯한 상상적인 신체 표현, 어린아이의 장난처럼 어울리지 않는 우스꽝스러운 오브제 사용, 기존에 인식되던 조화로운 비율의 파괴, 상상속에 있을 법한 미지의 생물 표현으로 살펴보았으며, 내적 의미로는 현실도피, 웃음으로 현대사회를 비판과 풍자, 인간의 한계를 넘고자 하는 내적 욕망의 표현으로 살펴보았다. 다음으로 신체 훼손과 왜곡의 외적 특성은 뼈와 근육 등 보이지 않는 신체 부위 노출, 신체를 훼손한 듯한 오브제의 사용이였다. 그 안에 담긴 내적 의미는 고정관념의 파괴, 인간존재의 가치 상실, 인간의 정체성 야기, 전통적인 미를 파괴하고 새로움을 추구하는 것이였다. 마지막 극단적 혐오에서 보이는 외적 특성은 혐오감을 주는 오브제, 디테일의 사용, 노골적인 성적 표현, 신체의 직접적인 표현, 신체에 가해진 폭력으로 볼 수 있었다. 내적 의미로서는 사회에 대한 불만의 표출, 불안과 분노 및 고통의 표현을 통한 해방감 전달로 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 목적은 알렉산더 맥퀸 컬렉션에서 표현된 그로테스크 특성을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 디자 인을 개발하여 디자인 특성에 대한 방향성을 제시하는데 있다. 디자인 제시 방법으로 CLO 3D 소프트웨어 7.3 ver. 를 활용하여 재현성을 가지는 친환경적인 방법으로 가상의상 디자인을 제안하고자 하였으며, 디지털 소프트웨어의 활용과 친환경적인 방법을 제시했다는 것에 의의가 있다. 창의적인 패션디자인 연구의 기초자료로 확장되어 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. The purpose of this paper include analysis of the characteristics of the grotesqueness in the Alexander McQueen Collection and presentation of a creative fashion design by developing a fashion design that utilizes such characteristics. The life and growth background of Alexander McQueen were examined, and the world of his works was contemplated in order to examine the characteristics of the Alexander McQueen Collection. The concept and background of the manifestation of grotesqueness were examined through preceding studies, and the analysis of the grotesqueness illustrated in fashion was contemplated with its four characteristics. These characteristics were categorized as bizarre horror, The external characteristics of bizarre horror in the Alexander McQueen Collection can be seen as the use of fear-inducing objets and details such as demons and death, the rendering of a frightening ambience, and the fear of the unknown and creatures that do not exist in the reality. The inner meaning was deduced from the fear imprinted on human instincts, the aggressive and destructive instincts within, and the accusation of the inhumane modern society. The characteristics deduced from the abnormal playfulness were examined through the imaginative expressions of the human body that seems to be out of reality, the use of ridiculous objets that do not belong together as though it were a child's play, the destruction of established cognition of harmonious proportions, and the expression of unknown creatures that could only exist in one’s imagination. Its inner meaning was examined as an escape from reality, a criticism and satire of modern society through laughter, and an expression of an inner desire to transcend the limitation of human beings. Next, the external characteristics of body mutilation and distortion were the exposure of invisible body parts such as bones and muscles, and the use of objets that appear to be the mutilated body. The internal meanings in them were the destruction of stereotypes, the loss of the value of human existence, the inducing of human identity, and the destruction of traditional beauty to pursue newness. Lastly, the external characteristics illustrated in the extreme abhorrence were the use of objets that induce disgust, use of details, explicit sexual expressions, direct expression of the body, and violence inflicted on the body. Expression of dissatisfaction with the society, and conveyance of the sensation of freedom through the expression of anxiety, anger and pain were examined as its internal meaning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the grotesqueness expressed in the Alexander McQueen Collection and to present the direction for design characteristics by developing a design based on them. CLO 3D software 7.3 ver. was utilized as a design presentation method to propose a virtual apparel design in an environment-friendly manner with reproducibility, and this study is significant in that utilization of digital software and environment-friendly method were presented. It is hoped that this paper can be expanded and utilized as a basic material for further creative fashion design researches.

    • 폴리에칠렌이민으로 안정화된 금-은 합금나노입자의 합성 및 응용에 관한 연구

      국문초록 폴리에칠렌이민으로 안정화된 금-은 합금나노입자의 합성 및 응용에 관한 연구 화학과 김지훈 指 導 敎 授 신권수 최근 나노입자는 그들의 광학적, 화학적 특성과 관련하여 화학적 센서, 표면 증강 라만산란의 기질, 촉매 등으로 다양하게 연구되어 지고 있다. 그 중에서도 금이나 은과 같은 귀금속 나노입자들에 대한 연구가 활발하며, 그들의 합금 나노입자 역시 마찬가지이다. 현재까지 금-은 합금나노입자의 합성은 금과 은의 금속선구체인 염화금산과 질산은의 혼합시 발생하는 염화은의 침전으로 인하여 염화은의 용해도를 고려한 낮은 농도에서만 가능하였다. 본 연구는 폴리에칠렌이민이라는 폴리아민을 이용하여 염화은의 용해와 은 이온의 환원, 그리고 나노입자의 안정화를 한 번에 이룰 수 있는 간단하고 쉬운 은 나노입자 제조법을 제시하였다. 또한 염화은의 침전문제로 합성법이 제한적이었던, 금-은 합금나노입자와, 금-은 공동 나노입자의 합성에 폴리에칠렌이민을 용해제, 환원제, 안정제로 사용함으로써 새롭고 간단한 고농도 합성법을 최초로 제시하였다. 마지막으로 NaBH4를 환원제로 사용하는 4-니트로페놀의 환원반응을 통해 그들의 촉매활성을 조사하였다. ABSTRACT Novel Fabrication and Applications of Poly(ethleneimine)-stabilized Au-Ag Alloy Nanoparticles Kim Ji Hoon Department of Chemistry Graduate School Soongsil University Recently, Metal nanoparticles have been intensely investigated in conjunction with their potential use in chemical sensor, surface enhanced raman scattering(SERS) substrate, catalyst and so on. Gold and Silver, inter alia, nanoparticles is being studied especially. And Gold-Silver bimetallic nanoparticle is also being studied too. Until todays, Synthesis of Gold-Silver bimetallic nanoparticle at the high concentration was impossible because there are Silver Chloride problem that occurred when HAuCl4 and AgNO3 are mixed. This study reports that the Poly(ethylenimin)(PEI)-stabilized Ag nanoparticles can be prepared by reduction of insoluble silver chloride using PEI not only as the dissolving ligand but also as the reductant and the stabilizer. an efficient one-step strategy to produce amine-stabilized Au-Ag alloy nanoparticles(and Au-Ag Hollow nanoparticles) with high concentration has been also developed for the first time. Then, homogeneous Au-Ag alloy nanoparticles(and Au-Ag Hollow nanoparticles) prepared in this work have been exploited as solid phase catalysts for the reduction of 4-nitrophenol in the presence of NaBH4.

    • J積分을 이용한 CFRP積層板의 動的破壞靭性 評價

      Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics(CFRP), one of the advanced composite materials, is widely used today in various fields including space and aviation industries, sports and leisure industries and general structural members and parts. The material, however, is also susceptible to the damages from collision of the foreign objects. Internal damages like the inter-layer delamination even under a relatively low speed impact have become an important factor in the safety design of CFRP composite plates. Besides, the fact that CFRP is a material composite of carbon fiber and plastic resin makes its characteristics inhomogenious and anisotropic. This makes it very difficult to predict analytically the mechanism and scope of damage generation unless depending on experimental method for evaluating their structural reliability. To predict any fracture mode in whatever methods, finding out the value of inter-layer fracture toughness under the load of both static and dynamic impacts is one of the most important works for a safety design. This research work has been carried out for finding J-integral in mode Ⅱ of CFRP laminate plates based on the classical bar theory in dynamic conditions with consideration of the effect of inertia forces, eventually to lead to finding the dynamic inter-layer fracture toughness. Dynamic inter-layer fracture toughness was found by a self-made ENF experimental apparatus using SHPB, and also observed the variation of the fracture toughness having different resin contents and fiber arrangements of CFRP specimen. Work is summarized as follows: 1) Critical load f_(c) could be obtained by finding the time t_(c) when the load applied to the test specimen becomes maximum and the inter-layer delamination starts to develop. Using this critical load f_(c) it was found that the inter-layer fracture toughness could be obtained. 2) Inter-layer fracture toughness under a static load condition could be obtained through J-integral in the ENF experimental test specimen, and the same under a dynamic load condition with consideration of inertia forces could be obtained through J-integral. 3) Variation of inter-layer fracture toughness depending on the fiber strengths of CFRP laminate plates was very minute in case of quasi-static load condition and slightly varied in case of dynamic load condition. This is thought to be within an experimental error limit coming from application errors of loads In the dynamic experiment. Effect of fiber strengths on the inter-layer fracture toughness was found to be very minute compared to the effect of resin contents and fiber arrangements. 4) In either cases of quasi-static or dynamic load condition, the critical load and the inter-layer fracture toughness increased sharply depending on the increase of resin contents. It could, therefore, be concluded that the effect by resin contents is the major factor determining the inter-layer fracture toughness in the CFRP laminate plates. 5) Higher inter-layer fracture toughness was shown in specimen haying the fiber arrangements of [0_(3)°/90_(3)°/0_(6)°/90_(3)°/0_(3)°] than those of either. [0_(20)°] or [0_(5)°/90_(10)°/0_(5)°] Considering the fact the CFRP laminates are having various arrangements of fiber angles in actual application and no inter-layer fracture is seen in the layer of fiber having single direction, it may be said that fracture toughness becomes higher in the laminates having more layers. However, further study is required to find factors affecting the fracture toughness depending on the change of shears and radii of curvature at the position of initial delamination development. 6) Observation of the fracture surfaces through SEM revealed that hackle becomes finer at higher impact velocity and coarser at lower impact velocity. In case of higher resin contents, the hackle became coarser, and finer in lower resin contents. This tells that the resin contents give important effect in Mode Ⅱ CFRP laminated plates.

      The thesis is related with revitalization of a city by understanding the market nearby the downtown. There are many different types of stores in a market. Each group of stores is located at different areas. It means that some special factors influence the location of the stores' groups. In addition, according to the types of stores, the influential factors which affect the location of stores are different. Therefore, if people clearly know what factors lead the groups of stores to be located at some specific area, the government can plan more effectively to revitalize the market and the neighborhood of the market by accepting and applying the information. For example, by understanding the location of some specific stores, governments can control the behavior of people who will shop around the market and help people reach some specific places easily for other commercial transaction. In this sense, it would be possible for people to get together for better business in a market. Another important thing is that the renewal and revitalization of a city is related with crowding population in a city. Government should help people know the benefits of crowding population while communicating each other and visiting a downtown of a city. What I also have to consider about the thesis is a guideline of the government’s role in terms of understanding a market and controlling people’s behavior.
