      • 동적신경근안정화 운동이 만성요통 중년여성의 균형, 보행 및 일생생활기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercise on balance, gait, and activities of daily living in middle-aged women with chronic low back pain Methods: The subjects of this study were middle-aged women with chronic low back pain, and the 20 subjects in experimental group the that performed dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercise and the 20 in the control group were randomly assigned. Balance, gait, and Oswestry Disability Index were measured before and after the intervention. For the measured data, a paired t-test was performed to determine the amount of change before and after the intervention within each group, and an independent t-test was performed to compare the amount of change before and after the intervention between the groups. Results: Left-right sway distance, anterior-posterior sway distance, total sway distance in single leg balance test for static balance, were significantly reduced only in the experimental group, improving static balance. Functional reaching test distance, which is a dynamic balance index, also increased significantly only in the experimental group, improving dynamic balance. Only in the experimental group, gait velocity, cadence, and step length, which are spatiotemporal variables of gait, increased significantly, and double support time, which is a spatiotemporal variables of gait, decreased, leading to improved gait ability. The kinematic variables of hip joint lateral rotation angle and dorsiflexion angle of the ankle joint at initial contact phase; hip joint abduction angle in the mid stance phase; hip joint extension and adduction angle, knee flexion angle and plantar flexion angle of the ankle joint in the pre-swing phase; and hip joint flexion and knee joint flexion angles during the mid-swing phase increased significantly also only in the experimental group, leading to improved gait ability. The oswestry disability index, an indicator of activities of daily living, was significantly decreased in both the dynamic experimental group and the control group, and daily living function improved. Conclusion: Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization exercise is an effective training method as an intervention for the improvement of static balance, dynamic balance, gait spatiotemporal variables, kinematic variables, and activities of daily living in middle-aged women with chronic low back pain. 연구목적: 동적신경근안정화 운동이 만성요통을 가진 중년여성의 균형, 보행, 일상생활기능에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구의 대상은 만성요통을 가진 중년여성을 대상자로 선정하였으며 동적신경근안정화 운동을 시행한 실험군과 대조군으로 각 20명씩 무작위 배정하였다. 중재 전후에 균형, 보행 능력과 일상생활기능을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 집단 내 중재 전과 후의 변화를 알아보기 위해 대응표본 t-검정(paired t-test)을 실시하였고, 집단 간 중재 전과 후의 변화량을 비교하기 위해 독립표본 t-검정(independent t-test)을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 정적 균형을 위한 한발서기 검사에서 좌우 동요거리, 전후 동요거리, 총 동요거리는 실험군에서만 유의하게 감소하여 정적 균형이 향상되었다. 동적 균형지표인 기능적 뻗기 검사 거리도 실험군에서만 유의하게 증가하여 동적균형이 향상되었다. 실험군에서만 보행의 시공간적 변수인 보행속도, 분속수, 한발짝 거리가 유의하게 증가하고, 양발 지지시간은 감소하여 보행능력이 향상되었다. 운동학적 변수인 초기접지기시에 엉덩관절 가쪽돌림, 발목관절의 발등굽힘 각도와 중간 입각기시 엉덩관절 벌림, 전 유각기시 엉덩관절의 폄과 모음, 무릎관절의 굽힘, 발바닥쪽 굽힘 각도와 중간 유각기시 엉덩관절 굽힘, 무릎관절의 굽힘 각도도 실험군에서만 유의하게 증가하여 보행능력이 향상되었다. 일상생활기능 지표인 오스웨스트리 요통장애지수는 실험군에서 유의하게 감소하여 일상생활기능이 향상되었다. 결론: 동적신경근안정화 운동은 만성요통 중년여성의 정적균형, 동적균형, 보행의 시공간적 변수, 운동학적 변수, 일상생활기능 개선에 효과적인 훈련 방법으로 사료된다.

        In this thesis, we review current definition, status, and environment of guard activity following the change of various phenomenon in the process of democratization, information society, and globalization. Furthermore, we compare public security force to private security force through the analysis into the improvement of presidential candidate guard activity after reviewing that of current presidential candidate security force.$$a$$aPresident as national leader, who is elected by the people, his political decision might shake the fate of a country, the guard activity for the candidate of each party is important because it guarantees the security of to-be president. The guard activity focuses on defensive concept and it blocks, neutralizes, and minimizes both direct and indirect threat like assassination, explosion, injury to presidential candidate by forming security zone or wall.$$a$$aIn pluralistic society, the means of terrorism is being remarkably developed; thus more effective guard activity of presidential candidate needs to be provided and it should be covered by a nation from the early stage of candidate election, which is usually covered by the activity of mixed form of private guard and the police. Presidential candidate should be regarded as a decision leader of a country and to be protected by the nation.$$a$$aIn USA, most advanced security activity owned country, the United States Secret Service starts the guard activity to presidential candidate from 120 days before the election. In Korea, I suggest to set up 'presidential candidate protection law' and to protect nominated presidential candidate of each party from the threat of massacre, brutalized and intellectual terror and keep the candidates safe by providing more secure guard activity.$$a$$a 본 논문에서는 민주화, 정보화, 해외문화 개방 등으로 다양하게 변화하는 지식정보화 시대의 경호환경과 경호의 정의 및 현황을 파악하였고, 공경호 및 사경호를 비교·분석해보고, 대통령후보자 경호형태와 대통령후보자의 경호업무개선에 대하여 연구해 보았다. 현대국가는 선거를 통하여 선출된 국가지도자인 대통령의 정치적인 선택에 따라서 국가의 운명이 좌우될 만큼 중요하기 때문에 각 정당에서 선출된 대통령후보자에게 대통령후보자 신분에서 활동영역을 보장해주는 경호활동의 의미는 중요하다. 방어적 개념의 경호는 대통령후보자와 위해요인(암살, 테러, 폭발 등)과의 완충지대 혹은 완충벽을 만들어 후보자의 직·간접적인 위협을 차단, 무력, 최소화하는 역할을 의미 한다.$$a$$a따라서 현재의 다원화된 사회에서 테러의 위협수단은 점차 발달되고 있고, 이런 경호환경에서 대통령후보자를 보다 효율적으로 보호하는 경호활동은 기존에는 각 정당의 사설경호 및 경찰에서 혼합형식으로 경호업무를 담당했지만, 이제는 국가의 차원에서 중요한 지도자요 인재로 인식 하는 의식의 변화를 가져야 하며, 더불어 국가 차원에서 보호하여야 한다.$$a$$a이것은 경호분야에서 최선진국인 미국에서는 비밀경호대(The United States Secret Service)가 대통령선거 120일전부터 대통령후보자에 대한 경호업무를 실시하는데 이는 미국에서 대통령후보자가 테러를 통하여 사망함으로서 그 중요성이 부각되면서 SS에서 경호업무를 실시하고 있다. 우리나라에서도 가칭“대통령후보자 보호에 관한 법률”과 같은 새로운 법을 제정하여 각 정당의 유력한 대통령후보자를 경호함으로서 위해요인이 점점 대량살상과 흉악화, 지능화하는데 보다 효율적으로 대응이 가능하고, 대통령후보자가 안전에 구애받지 않고 그 임무를 이행할 수 있도록 하여 국민에게 보다 많은 자신의 가치를 보여 줌으로서 국민의 올바른 선택을 유도하여 국가의 미래를 보장하는데 기여할 것이다.$$a$$a

      • Indoor 고속 무선 LAN 환경에서의 채널 추정 및 보상에 관한 연구

        When high speed transmission over 10Mbps is carried out in wireless LAN, ISI(inter-symbol interference) and ICI(inter-channel interference) are considered as serious problems. If we know the impulse response of the channel, these problems will be solved. However, the impulse response can't be known. Thus, it is essential to estimate the impulse response of the channel to overcome these problems. To estimate the impulse response of the channel, we analyze the channel estimation method which is generally used for high speed wireless LAN in indoor environment. To compensate ISI and ICI using the estimated impulse response, we are based on the patent method on high speed wireless LAN system proposed by Lucent Technology. The performance of channel estimation and compensation methods are verified with computer simulation. It can be seen that the patent method proposed by Lucent Technology is conceptually equivalent to the reduced state Viterbi equalizer[11]. Because the amount of computation is required for the analyzed channel compensation method, it is difficult to implement the patent method in hardware system. Thus, we need to develop more efficient algorithm for channel compensation.

      • 서스펜션 트레이닝과 율무 섭취가 중년 여성의 건강체력, 혈중지질 및 혈관탄성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of suspension training and adlay intake on health-related fitness, blood lipid profile and vascular compliance in middle-aged women located in Busan city. Twenty-four healthy middle-aged premenopausal women composed of the suspension training with adlay intake group(A, n=8), suspension training group(B, n=8) and the control group(C, n=8). The variables of health-related fitness, blood lipid profile and vascular compliance were measured in all the subjects before the start of the exercise program and after the end of 12weeks suspension training and adlay intake under the intensity(40~70%HRR through measuring the heart rate changes using POLAR), the frequency(three times in every week, 60 minutes in every time, during 12 weeks) and adlay intake of 15g. The test data were analyzed by paired t-test and one way ANOVA, and the alpha level of p<.05 was set for all tests of significance. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. Effects on Health-related fitness 1) In the comparison within each group, The body mass index(BMI) in C group had significantly increased. In the comparison between groups, the body mass index(BMI) in C group had significantly increased than A and B groups. 2) In the comparison within each group, the lean body mass(LBM) in A group had significantly increased. In the comparison between groups, the body mass index(BMI) were no significant differences in groups. 3) In the comparison within each group, the muscular strength in A and B groups had significantly increased. In the comparison between groups, the muscular strength in A group had significantly increased than B and C groups. 4) In the comparison within each group, the muscular endurance in A and B groups had significantly increased. In the comparison between groups, the muscular endurance in A and B groups had significantly increased than C group. 5) The flexibility were no significant differences in groups. 6) In the comparison within each group, the cardiorespiratory endurance in A and B groups had significantly increased. In the comparison between groups, the cardiorespiratory endurance in A and B groups had significantly increased than C group. 2. Effects on Blood lipid profiles 1) The T-C were no significant differences in groups. 2) In the comparison within each group, TG in A group had significantly decreased. In the comparison between groups, TG were no significant differences in groups. 3) In the comparison within each group, HDL-C in A group had significantly increased. In the comparison between groups, HDL-C were no significant differences in groups. 4) In the comparison within each group, LDL-C in A and B groups had significantly decreased. In the comparison between groups, LDL-C in A group had significantly decreased than C group. 3. Effects on Vascular Compliance 1) In the comparison within each group, vascular compliance in A group had significantly decreased. In the comparison between groups, vascular compliance in A group had significantly decreased than B and C groups. In conclusion, the results of this study showed that suspension training and adlay intake have positive effects on health-related fitness, blood lipid profiles and vascular compliance in middle-aged women. Especially, the various studies on suspension training programs and adlay intake are needed to take a prevention against adult disease.
