For this study, 10 hog farms raising more than 200 pigs in Jeju were selected in order to look into several productivity factors, including their overall achievement on the management and breeding, as well as the number of weaning pigs. In addition, research on carcass traits and sensory tests involving LYL, YLY, and other crossbreeding techniques were conducted to find out how the cross combination can contribute to increase in productivity and enhancement of meat quality. The regulation that bans livestock from being imported from the mainland to Jeju and the low supplying capacity of the pig breeding studs, including those in the livestock development organization of Jeju, have become a stumbling block to stabilizing the supply network of the breeding pigs critical to produce high-quality meat. That's why the self-production has to be adopted to make up for the shortage. The following summarizes the results of the study to be used as rudimentary data on the ways in which the cross combination could help improve the productivity and quality traits. 1. The average rate of the weaning pigs among the entire pig population was 95.16%; 94.76% for LYL-applied hog farms and 95.75% for LYL-applied ones. The weaning rate per piglet was 9.31 on average; 9.90 for LYL, 8.23 for YLY (p<0.001). PSY (piglet per sow per year) of the entire farms marked 18.34 pig, with LYL staying at 18.34, and LYL at 16.21(p<0.001). MSY, or Marketed-pig per Sow per Year, was 16.93 pigs for the entire community, with 18.84 for YLY, and 14.23 for YLY (p<0.001). The appearance rate of A-rated pigs was 48.26%, with 50.45% for YLY, but 45.02% for LYL (p<0.01). 2. Class 1A showed the highest frequency rate of 49.88%, or 2,722 pigs, followed by Class 1B of 29.38%, or 1,600 pigs and Class 2C of 9.03%, or 492 pigs. However, the supreme Class 1+A hit the lowest frequency level of 1.54%, or 84 pigs. For YLY, Class 1A took up 50.52%, or 2,659 pigs, followed by Class 1B of 29.49%, or 1,552 pigs, and Class 2C of 9.25%, or 487 pigs. 3. For the meat quality, Class 1+ pigs accounted for 79.20%, or 4,220 pigs, followed by Class 2 of 14.98%, or 798 pigs, and Class 1 of 5.55%, or 296 pigs. For YLY, Class 1+ pigs took up 79.79%, or 4,197 pigs, followed by Class 2 of 14.58%, or 767 pigs. For LYL, Class 2 pigs were 45.59%, or 31pigs, with Class 1+ pigs representing 33.82%, or 23 pigs. 4. The average carcass weight was 79.64kg, with YLY of 89.60kg and LYL of 69.69kg. The dressed weight of Class 1+ pigs in YLY was 89.59kg, with Class 1 being 89.19kg, Class 2 89.68kg, and Class 3 96.63kg, which demonstrated the meaningful heavy weight for the lower quality of the carcass(p<0.01). On the contrary, Class 1+ of LYL was 88.23kg, Class 1 80.48kg, Class 2 60.20kg, and Class 3 49.85kg (p<0.01). 5. Juiciness, a key sensory factor, gained 4.64 out of 6 on average of the entire population, which was considered outstanding, with YLY of 4.79 and LYL of 4.50. Tenderness was 4.47 on average. The higher score means more tender meat. YLY showed a considerable tenderness of 4.80, but LYL proved to be tougher at 4.14(p<0.01). Meat flavor received a positive feedback of 4.62, with 4.60 for YLY, and 4.63 for LYL (p>0.05).

The continuous wave interference at the center frequency in direct sequence communication system degrade performance of the system intensely. This paper proposed the method that canceled the continuous wave interference by using PLL and found a degree of cancellation by experiment. As a result of experiment, we confirmed that the proposed method have a high degree of interference cancellation when ISR was large. And we reconfirmed that performance of interference cancellation improved about a degree of 30% when Hard Limiter inserted in the front of PLL. Therefore, we cofirmed that interference cancellation circuit using PLL simplified circuit construction and facilitated estimation of interference and proposed the performance of interference cancellation.

Screening and characterization of NF-κB inhibitors from oriental herbs

NF-κB의 활성화는 염증 및 류머티스성 관절염 등의 자가면역 질환과 같은 다양한 세포 이상반응을 촉진하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, NF-κB 활성을 억제하는 기능을 가진 치료제를 발굴하기 위한 많은 실험실적 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 19 종의 한약재 또는 약용식물로부터 추출한 각 물추출물이 NIK에 의한 NF-κB의 활성화에 미치는 억제 효과를 연구하였다. 각 약용식물 중 황금(Scutellaria baicalensis)의 물추출물이 NIK에 의한 NF-κB의 활성을 가장 강하게 저해하였으며, 황금(Scutellaria baicalensis)의 물추출물은 IKK complex의 활성을 저해함으로써 IκBα의 분해를 감소시켰다. 또한, Wild type IKKγ는 NIK에 의한 NF-κB의 활성화를 저해하였으나, IKKγ의 C-말단 결손 변이체는 저해 효과가 없었으며, 황금(Scutellaria baicalensis) 물추출물의 NF-κB 활성화에 대한 저해 효과는 IKKγ의 활성과 상관없이 독립적으로 일어났다. 293T cell에서 황금(Scutellaria baicalensis) 물추출물의 세포독성은 800 ㎍/mL 이하에서는 나타나지 않았고, 1,200 ㎍/mL에서 미약하게 나타났다. 293T cell에서 황금(Scutellaria baicalensis) 물추출물의 NF-κB 활성화 억제작용은 dose-dependent로 나타났다.

기업의 경쟁력의 확보와 나아가 생존과 직결되는 중요한 요인 중 하나는 기업들의 윤리 경영과 사회적 책임을 강조함과 더불어 기업의 이미지 또한 기업 성과에 영향력을 미치는 중요한 요인일 것이다. 기업의 이미지와 사회적 책임은 윤리경영을 목표로 하는 리더들에게 매우 중요한 문제이며, 윤리적 리더십은 지향해야 할 목표라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업 조직 상사가 발휘하는 윤리적 리더십이 조직구성원의 직무몰입과 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가에 대해 실증연구를 통해 접근하고자 하였다. 이러한 검증 통해 윤리적 리더십을 통한조직 구성원의 태도에 대한 전향적이고 바람직한 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 검증된 결과를 바탕으로 볼 때 상사가 발휘하는 투명성과 정직성은 조직 구성원의 직무몰입을 높이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 상사가 발휘하는 투명성과 정직성은 조직 구성원의 이직의도를 낮추는 것으로 판단되었다. 이와 같은 결과로 볼 때 상사가 발휘하는 윤리적 리더십은 조직 내의 인적자원관리에 있어 매우 중요한 리더십이라고 판단된다. 경영환경의 불확실성으로 조직의 생존과 직결되는 중요한 변수로서 핵심역량 확보를 강조하는 시기에 놓여 있다. 이러한 시기에 가장 중요한 핵심역량을 인적자본이라는 측면을 고려할 때 무엇보다도 우수 인재 확보가 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 우수 인재의 확보와 유지를 위해 강조되어야 할 것 중 하나가 조직을 이끄는 상사들이 발휘하는 리더십이라고 해도 과언은 아닐 것이다. 많은 리더십 중 윤리경영을 통한 조직의 경쟁우위 확보라는 측면을 고려할 때 상사가 발휘하는 윤리적 리더십의 투명성과 정직성은 다시금 고려해야 할 중요한 관리 항목이라고 사료된다. One of the important factors directly related to the securing of competitiveness and survival is the emphasis on ethical management and social responsibility, and the image of the company is also an important factor influencing the performance of the company. Corporate image and social responsibility are very important issues for leaders who aim for ethical management, and ethical leadership is a goal to be aimed at. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of ethical leadership on organizational immersion and turnover intention. Through this test, we tried to propose a proactive and desirable alternative to the attitude of the organization members through ethical leadership. Based on the results, this study was found that the transparency and honesty demonstrated by the supervisor increase the immersion of the members of the organization. In addition, transparency and honesty demonstrated by supervisor were considered to lower the turnover intention of the members of the organization. As a result, it can be concluded that ethical leadership is a very important leadership in human resource management. The uncertainty of the management environment puts emphasis on securing core competence as an important variable directly linked to the survival of the organization. Considering human capital as the most important core competence in these times, securing the best talent is most important. It is not an exaggeration to say that one of the things to be emphasized for securing and maintaining these excellent talents is the leadership exercised by the bosses that lead the organization. Considering the aspect of securing the competitive advantage of the organization through ethical management among the many leadership, the transparency and honesty of the ethical leadership demonstrated by the supervisor is considered as an important management item to consider again.

Every company struggles for the security of documents in file sharing environment by adopting DRM Solution as the damage from company document outflow increases. Companies which manage all the documents in central file storage for work efficiency need document security function appropriate for file sharing environment rather than complex functions of DRM Solution. In such environment, prepared documents should be located in the file sharing server only and the users should be able to read or save the documents only on the server. Namely, any documents on the server should be incapable of being copied or saved into local PC. As for the mainly used server in file sharing environment, there is Linux' Samba which uses SMB(Server Message Block) Protocol. Users accessing to this kind of file sharing server can Move, Copy or Save As documents into local PC by using Windows File Browser. To control Save As function at the time of using document, a technology is required to control application’s menu. In this study, a security client which replaces Windows File Browser was designed and implemented in order to make users of file sharing server unable to move document located in the file sharing server to their local PCs. For that purpose, API Hooking method was used which surpasses other controlling technologies for applications in terms of usability and security. Especially in API Hooking method, IAT(Import Address Table) Modulation is used to control the menus of document-related application. In addition, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) was applied to for protocol encryption as the protocol contents might be exposed between client and server. Suggested security client can be used in the existing environment intact if SMB Protocol is supported in the file sharing environment, and users can prevent document from flowing out by using the document through security client.
