학교생활 적응도에 따른 학교사회복지서비스 욕구에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study was to propose for basic materials to the development of social welfare service which formatted students' welfare service to forward the high school students' adaptation level, adolescent problems and analyzing the social welfare service when we were doing social welfare service in school.
For attaining the purpose, 381 of high school student were surveyed and as a result of investigating and analyzing social welfare service need in school was as follows.
First, as a result of surveying high school students' adaptation level to school life, boys adapted better than girls.
Second, as a result of surveying adolescent problem, girls had more problem in family relation a boys, and in study level, low study level's student had more problem in family relation a high study level's student.
Third, as a result of surveying social welfare service need in high school student, boys wanted more in individual service and school service than girls, and in study level, high study level's student wanted more in family relation service a low study level's student.
Fourth, as a result of surveying the correlation high school students' adaption level and adolescent problem, it was each high correlate that in teacher's relation, friend's relation, school lesson and school rule. especially, most high correlate individual problem and then family problem in each high school students' adaptation level.
Fifth, as a result of surveying the influence high school students' adaptation level to social welfare service, individual service was influenced school lesson, friend's relation and school rule. family service was influenced school lesson. school service was influenced friend's relation and school lesson. community service was influenced friend's relation and school rule.
The following intervening plan to help high school students' adaptation level to school life could be proposed based on above results as a way of social welfare service.
