육군 정보화교육의 직무전이 촉진요인 분석 = Analysis of factors affecting the outcome of Korean army education and training for the information technology era

/The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting outcome of the Korean Army education and training for the information technology and to examine correlations and influences among various factors./For these purposes, the following tasks were performed./First, these studies on the general idea of army information technology and education were reviewed./Secondly, factors affecting the transference of learning on Army information education were extracted after the review of previous theories and were placed into several categories. And then, the objectivity and propriety of each of them were examined./Thirdly, the survey research was performed to investigate whether factors could be adjusted and recategorized./Fourthly, correlations between affecting factors on each other and between affecting factors and outcomes of the information education were examined on the basis of several factors extracted for this study./Finally, how these affecting factors had an effect on the transfer of learning was investigated. /For the better statistical test result, a factor analysis, a correlation analysis and a multiple regression analysis were performed./Results from this study are as follows;/First, the category concerning the effectiveness of the transfer of learning was divided into three parts such as a learners'' characteristic, an educational and training condition, group environment, and 8 factors were extracted by factor analysis./Secondly, according to the result of the correlation analysis, 13 couples of affecting factors showed high correlations, and generally most of the affecting factors had high correlations with the transfer of learning./Thirdly, the examination of the multiple regression analysis led 6 factors among 8 factors to be identified.The conclusion based on the results can be summarized as follows;/Firstly, factors affecting the outcome of information education for the Korean Army were not only educational conditions but various factors,
