문서간 유사도 비교를 통한 원불교의 사회이슈 영향력분석 = Analysis of influence on Won Buddhism's social issues by comparing similarity among documents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인터넷의 발달로 데이터의 접근이 쉬워지며 광범위한 데이터의 활용을 위해 효율적인 정보검색이 필요하게 되었다. 정보검색은 단순 검색이 아닌 검색된 문서의 순위 결정방법 등을 통해 질의를 만족하는 문서에 필요한 정보를 얻게 되는데 사용자는 이를 통해 시간을 단축할 수 있다. 이러한 정보검색의 방법 중 유사도 검색은 사용자에게 필요한 정보를 제공하는 방법으로 최근 정보검색에 많이 사용된다.

인터넷의 발달로 종교도 비정형 데이터의 양이 증가하였고 이를 통해 원하는 정보를 얻기 위해 노력 한다.

본 연구에서는 종교의 비정형 데이터를 통해 수행의 변화를 알아보기 위해 원불교인들의 수행 방법중 하나인 일기와 원불교 신문을 사회 이슈 키워드와 각각의 문서 유사도를 비교하는 방법을 제안하였다.

원불교 성직자들의 일기와 원불교 신문 각각의 데이터를 수집하고 분석을 위해 데이터 전처리를 진행하였다. 일기와 원불교신문간 사회 이슈의 연관성을 알아보기 위해 벡터공간모델을 이용하고 단어를 벡터화하기 위해 키워드 추출을 진행하였다. 이를 코사인 유사도를 통해 각각의 문서에 유사도를 비교하고 문서들이 사회 이슈 키워드와 얼마나 유사한지를 비교하였다. 이후 제안방법의 성능평가를 위해 정확도와 재현율을 통해 평가를 진행하였다.
두 문서의 성향을 단어 빈도수를 통해 볼 수 있었으며 두 문서 중 신문이 일기보다 사회 이슈에 높은 유사도를 보이지만 원불교인들의 수행에 관련된 값 들이 높지 않은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 문서간 유사도를 분석해 볼 때 원불교인들이 수행을 통해 사회에 영향을 미치는지를 빈도수를 통해 측정하며, 사회 이슈에 의한 수행의 변화를 측정 하였다.

With the development of the Internet, access to all sort of data becomes easier and efficient information retrieval becomes necessary to utilize the extensive amount of data.Unlike simple searches that specify only the search words, specifying the ranking method of the search results through detailed search makes it easier to obtain the necessary information, which allows the user to save time.Among these methods of retrieving information, similarity retrieval is a method of providing necessary information to a user through a query of a user and is often used in recent information retrieval


With the development of the Internet, the amount of unstructured data has increased in religion, and efforts have been made to obtain the desired information.

In this study, we propose a method of recognizing the change of performance through informal data of religion through the document similarity of Won-Buddhism Newspaper, which is one of Won-Buddhism practice methods, with social issue keyword.
We collected diary of Won-Buddhism priests and Won Buddhism Newspaper and conducted data preprocessing for analysis. In order to investigate the relevance of the social issues of the diary and Won-Buddhism newspaper, keyword extraction was performed to vectorize the words using the vector space model. The degree of similarity was compared to each document through the degree of cosine similarity. The performance of the proposed method was evaluated through the precision and recall.
The tendency of the two data was seen through the frequency of the word, and both data showed high similarity to social issues rather than diary, but they did not affect the performance of Won Buddhists. When analyzing the similarity between two data, it was possible to measure frequency of Won Buddhists' influence on society through practice, and the change of performance was measured by social issues.
