대학생의 성인애착과 진로적응성의 관계 : 기본 심리적 욕구 만족,진로결정 내재적 동기의 매개효과 검증

On the basis of the attachment theory, self-determination theory, and extant literature, the present study examined to identify mediating effects of basic psychological needs satisfaction and career decision-making intrinsic motivation on the association between adult attachment(attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance) and career adaptability. The structural model was conducted to investigate whether adult attachment has a direct or indirect effect on career adaptability. For this purpose, a total of 341 undergraduates were asked to complete the questionnaires that measuring adult attachment, basic psychological needs satisfaction, career decision-making intrinsic motivation, career adaptability and the data was analyzed using Mplus 7.4. Results of the structural model indicated that the structural model indicated that the hypothesized model fit the data well. In addition, the significance of the dual mediation effects have been verified using the bootstrap procedure. The result of verifying mediation effects have indicated that the link between attachment anxiety and career adaptability was mediated by basic psychological needs satisfaction and career decision-making intrinsic motivation. Also, attachment avoidance had a significant influence on career adaptability through basic psychological needs satisfaction and career decision-making intrinsic motivation. Based on this research result, discussion, implication, limitation, and follow-up research have been proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 애착이론, 자기결정성이론 및 관련 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 성인애착(애착불안, 애착회피)이 기본 심리적 욕구 만족과 진로결정 내재적 동기를 매개로 진로적응성에 직간접적인 영향을 미치는 인과적 구조모형을 설정하였다. 연구를 위해 국내의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 341명을 대상으로 성인애착 척도, 기본 심리적 욕구 만족 척도, 진로결정 내재적 동기 척도, 진로적응성 척도를 사용하여 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, Mplus 7.4를 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 최종모형은 자료에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 변인들의 직접 경로를 검증한 결과, 애착불안과 애착회피는 모두 기본 심리적 욕구 만족에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 기본 심리적 욕구 만족은 진로결정 내재적 동기에 유의미한 정적 영향을, 진로결정 내재적 동기는 진로적응성에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 애착불안과 애착회피는 모두 진로적응성에 유의미한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부트스트랩 절차를 통해 이중 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였는데, 그 결과 애착불안과 애착회피는 모두 기본 심리적 욕구 만족과 진로결정 내재적 동기를 매개로 진로적응성에 부적 효과를 가치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 논의 및 시사점, 연구의 제한점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.
