it was reviewed by experts. From the procedures, eight components
of social emotional competences for corporate teams were extracted. And corporate teams’ social emotional competences could be categorized into four; 'self awareness and social awarenss', 'self management', 'relationship management' and 'responsible decision making'. The self awareness and social awareness consists of two sub

management contains 'motivation' and 'emotional management and stress
tolerance'. The relationship management consists of 'communication',
'conflict resolution' and 'cooperation'. Lastly the responsible decision making
has one sub item, 'decision making'.
On the basis of these competences, curriculum profile was developed
and education program was created. The program contains 17 periods and
each period is consisted of three steps; introduction, development
and application and finish. In the introduction step, participants of this
program learn about the learning goal, benefits of the learning and core
terms in each period. And in the development step, learners do activities to
acquire social emotional competences. Lastly, in the application and finish step,
learners share their own results and exchange feedbacks.
Formative research was done by interviewing 6 corporate team members;
two with high level of social emotional competences, two with middle level
of social emotional competences and two with low social emotional competences.
