창의·인성교육으로서 콜라주 기법을 활용한 미술프로그램 연구 : 5~7세 유아를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

미래교육의 목표는 ‘창의성’과 ‘인성’을 바탕으로 ‘다양한 가치를 창출하고 동시에 더불어 살 줄 아는 인재’를 육성함에 있다. 창의성을 길러주는 교육의 가장 중요한 목적은 학습자에게 생각하는 방법을 가르치고 남다른 발상과 독특하고 새로운 아이디어를 창출하는 능력을 길러주는 창의적 사고 기법이다. 유아 인성교육의 목적은 오늘날 사회에서 요구하는 바람직한 인간상을 함양하는 것이다. 유아기의 인성교육을 통하여 긍정적인 자아감을 형성하고 남을 배려하면서 서로가 다름을 인정할 수 있는 소양을 함양하여 더불어 즐겁게 삶을 영위할 수 있는 품성의 기초를 형성함에 있다.
창의성과 인성교육은 미래사회를 이끌어갈 인재가 갖추어야 하는 핵심역량이다. 따라서 창의·인성교육은 유아기부터 생활, 문화, 사회 속에서 지속적으로 이루어져야 하는 통합교육과정으로 유아교육현장에서 매우 중요한 과제로 보고 있다.
본 논문에서는 현재 교육현장에서 중요시하고 있는 교육적 목표에 콜라주 기법을 활용한 유아미술 프로그램 연구를 통해서 창의·인성교육으로서 교육적 효과와 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 창의·인성교육으로서 유아들의 전인적인 성장발달에 도움을 주고자 콜라주가 갖는 다양성을 미술교육 방법으로 제시하였다.
콜라주 기법의 다양성은 새로움이라는 호기심의 발상으로 유아의 오감을 자극하는 활동이다. 감각적 소통은 유아의 창의적이고 확장적인 사고를 신장시킬 뿐 아니라 다양한 경험에 의한 새로운 세계를 표현하게 된다. 또한 콜라주 기법의 우연한 효과는 유아의 만족감과 성취감에 큰 영향을 미친다. 물질과 환경과의 소통능력은 상대방을 배려하고 존중할 줄 알며 더불어 자연생명의 소중함과 전통문화를 함께 경험하는 계기가 되었다. 유아기의 긍정적인 자아감형성은 창의적이고 올바른 인성을 갖춘 전인적인 인간으로 성장하게 되는 밑거름이 된다.
이러한 목표에 부합하기 위해서는 유아들의 발달단계에 적합한 통합적인 프로그램연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야할 것이며, 본 연구가 창의적이고 올바른 인성을 갖추기 위한 유아들의 전인적 발달에 도움이 되길 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The objective of future education is to foster 'the talent who creates various values based on 'originality' and 'humanity' and who simultaneously knows how to live with others'. The most important purpose of originality fostering education is to teach learners how to think and the technique of thinking originally which promotes ability to create unusual, peculiar and new ideas. The purpose of infant humanity education is to cultivate the desirable human image required in society today. The education allows an infant to form a positive sense of self, cultivate the culture which enables it to consider others and acknowledge their differences, and form the basis of the character which enables it to lead a pleasant life with others.
Originality and humanity are the key capacities which a talent to lead future society should have. Thus, as the integrated curriculum which must be provided in life, culture and society from infancy on, originality and humanity education is being seen as a very important task in the field of infant education.
This thesis sought the educational effect intrinsic to originality and humanity education and a plan for revitalizing it through studying the infant art program of using the collage technique in the educational objective which a field of education is now attaching importance to. It presented the diversity proper to collage as a way of art education in order to help infants to grow and develop as the whole men.
The variety of the technique as an idea from the curiosity of newness is the activity which stimulates an infant's five senses. Sensuous communication allows it not only to extend its original and expanded thought but express a new world by its various experiences. Also, the accidental effect of the technique has a great effect on its senses of satisfaction and achievement. Ability to communicate with material and environment motivated it to know how to consider and respect the other person and experience both precious natural life and traditional culture. Its forming a positive sense of self during infancy forms the basis of its growing up as the original whole man with proper humanity.
So as to correspond to such a goal, the integrated program suitable to infants' developmental steps will continuously have to be studied. I expect that this study will help the original infants who intend to have proper humanity develop as the whole men.
