어린이집 기혼 교사의 가정-일 역할갈등, 어머니 자녀관계가 어머니의 발달적 양육행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 어린이집 기혼 교사의 가정-일 역할갈등, 어머니 자녀 관계가 어머니의 발달적 양육행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행 하였다.
이러한 연구의 목적에 따라 다음과 같이 연구문제를 설정하였다.
1. 어린이집 기혼 교사의 일-가정 역할갈등, 모-자녀관계 및 발달적 양육행동관의 상관은 어떠한가?
2. 어린이집 기혼 교사의 일-가정 역할 갈등과 모-자녀 관계 가 어머니의 발달적 양육행동에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?
2-1. 어린이집 기혼 교사의 일-가정 역할 갈등과 모-자녀 관계가 어머니의 발달적 양육행동이 신체 발달에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?
2-2. 어린이집 기혼 교사의 일-가정 역할 갈등과 모-자녀 관계가 어머니의 발달적 양육행동이 인지 발달에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?
2-3. 어린이집 기혼 교사의 일-가정 역할 갈등과 모-자녀 관계가 어머니의 발달적 양육행동이 사회 정서 발달에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가?
본 연구는 서울, 경기에 소재한 어린이집 기혼 교사 400명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 예비 조사, 본 조사로 약 5주간 실시하였다.
어린이집 기혼 교사의 가정-일 역할갈등을 측정하기 위해서는 김지혜(2010)의 연구에 근거하여 어린이집 기혼 교사의 일-가정 역할 갈등 설문지 Curbow, McDonnell, Spratt, Agnew(2003)가 개발한 Development of the Work-Family Interface Scale를 번안한 척도를 연구에 맞게 수정․보완하여 사용하였으며 어머니- 자녀관계를 측정하기 위해서는 Rohner(2005)가 개발한 수용-거부 양육행동 척도를 번안한 나은숙과 이종인(2008)이 번안한 척도를 연구에 맞게 수정․보완하여 사용하였다. 발달적 양육행동을 측정하기 위해서는 Lawton, Schuler, Fowell과 Madsen(1984)의 'Parenting Behavior Q-sort'를 번안한 안지영(2001)의 검사 도구를 척도 연구에 맞게 수정․보완하여 사용하였다.
본 연구에서는 어린이집 기혼 교사의 가정-일 역할갈등, 어머니 자녀관계가 어머니의 발달적 양육행동에 미치는 영향을 밝혀보기 위하여 수행하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 수집한 자료는 부호화 과정을 거쳐 SPSSWIN 18.0을 통하여 분석하였다. 어린이집 기혼 교사의 가정-일 역할갈등과 어머니-자녀 관계 그리고 어머니의 발달적 양육행동 간의 상관을 밝혀보기 위하여서는 적률상관계수(Pearson product moment correlation)를 산출하였다. 그리고 어린이집 기혼 교사의 가정-일 역할갈등과 어머니-자녀 관계가 어머니의 발달적 양육행동 각 하위 요인에 미치는 각 변인들의 영향을 밝혀보기 위하여 중다회귀분석(Multiple Regression)을 실시하였다.
본연구의 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 어머니의 발달적 양육행동은 어린이집 기혼 교사의 가정-일 역할갈등보다 어머니 자녀 관계의 영향력이 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었다.
둘째, 어머니의 발달적 양육행동은 어린이집 기혼 교사의 일-가정 역할 갈등과 모 자녀 관계에 영향을 받는다.
특히 어머니 발달적 양육행동의 하위 요인 중 신체발달, 인지발달, 사회정서발달은 어린이집 기혼 교사의 일-가정 역할 갈등 하위요인인 ‘일의 부담⇨가정영향’ 요인과 모 자녀관계 하위요인인 ‘애정적 관계’ 요인에 의하여 의미 있는 영향을 받는 다는 것으로 확인 되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict and mother and child relation upon mother’s developmental child rearing behavior.
For this, study questions were established as follows:
1. What is the correlation among child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict, mother and child relation and developmental child rearing behavior?
2. What is the influence of child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict and mother and child relation upon mother’s developmental child rearing behavior?
2-1. What is the influence of child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict and mother and child relation upon such a sub-variable of mother’s developmental child rearing behavior as physical development?
2-2. What is the influence of child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict and mother and child relation upon such a sub-variable of mother’s developmental child rearing behavior as cognitive development?
2-3. What is the influence of child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict and mother and child relation upon such a sub-variable of mother’s developmental child rearing behavior as socio-emotional development?
Study subjects were 400 married teachers at child care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. This study consisted of preliminary survey and main survey and was carried out for about 5 weeks.
Study findings are as follows:
First, mother and child relation had greater influence upon mother’s developmental child rearing behavior than child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict did.
Second, mother’s developmental child rearing behavior was influenced by child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict and mother and child relation.
In particular, such sub-variables of mother’s developmental child rearing behavior as physical development, cognitive development and socio-emotional development were significantly influenced by such a sub-variable of child care center married teachers’ family-work role-conflict as ‘work burden ⇨ familial influence’ and such a sub-variable of mother and child relation as ‘affectionate relation.’
