남자 전문대학생의 내현적 자기애성향이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향에 있어서 분노표현의 매개효과 = (A) mediating effect of anger expression in the relationship of covert narcissism and interpersonal among male college students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 남자대학생의 내현적 자기애성향이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향에 있어 분노표현이 매개역할을 하는지를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 위해 울산시에 소재한 1개 전문대학교의 소속 대학생 전체 학년(1,2학년)을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 상관분석 및 다중매개모형(Multiple Mediator Mode)을 통한 경로효과분석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 내현적 자기애성향, 분노표현양식, 대인관계문제는 각각 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애성향과 대인관계문제 간의 관계에서 분노표현양식(분노표출, 분노억제)이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 남자 대학생의 내현적 자기애성향은 대인관계문제에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 분노표현(분노표출, 분노억제)을 매개로 하여 간접적인 영향을 미치기도 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 내현적 자기애성향이 있는 남자대학생이 대인관계문제를 보일 경우 내현적 자기애성향 자체에 대한 개입도 필요하지만, 분노표현양식을 통해 원만한 대인관계를 형성함에 있어 연구결과에 기초한 논의 및 함의가 제시되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigative the effects of covert narcissism on anger expression(anger-out, anger-in, anger-control), interpersonal problems. Participants in this study was 316 Male College students in Ulsan metro city. The data were analyzed by Pearson`s Correlation, the Multiple mediator Models. The results of this study were as following: First, covert narcissism had a positive correlation with anger-out, anger-in and interpersonal problems. And covert narcissism had a negative correlation with anger-control. Anger-out and anger-in had a positive correlation with interpersonal problems. And anger-control had a negative correlation with interpersonal problems. Secondly, anger expression(anger-out, anger-in, anger-control) mediated the relationship between covert narcissism and interpersonal problems. Additionally, covert narcissism exerts a direct effect on interpersonal problems. The implications of this study are discussed.
