      이 연구는 교내 현장실습 환경에서 자기결정 학습모형에 기초한 직업훈련이 전공과 정신지체 학생의 작업 수행행동에 미치는 영향을 알아 보고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 자기결정 학습 모형 교수가 교내 현장실습 환경에서 전공과 정신지체 학생들의 작업수행율(화초 가꾸기, 스팀세차, 매점 판매) 향상 및 작업수행율 유지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 학생과 교사 모두 기대목표를 성취하였다. 또한 스토퍼작업 과제 일반화에서도 작업수행율이 향상하였다.

      The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-determination learning model of instruction(SDLMI) on the job performance behavior for students with mental retardation in vocational training. The effects of model on job performance of gardening, car washing, and salesclerk at special school for students with mental retardation. Multiple baseline design across subjects were utilized as a research design. The results were as follows:
      First, after the intervention of SDLMI, student's job performance were improved. All three students showed increase in their job performance and the results were maintained during 2 weeks of generalization period. Job performance were maintains across all students. All three students show maintained job performance rate untill two weeks later. After the intervention of SDLMI, all students reached the GAS goal which they set themselves for thier work. This Goal attainment scaling(GAS) showed that student's job performance were exceeded the expectation goals for themselves.
      Second, All three students showed increased performance rate in the stoper work during generalization phase.
      In conclusion, this study showed that self-determination learning model of instruction were effective tool improving students' self-determination and their work performance. Follow up studies should examine the effects of various programs of self-determination learning model of instruction in different type of subjects and setting.

      The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-determination learning model of instruction(SDLMI) on the job performance behavior for students with mental retardation in vocational training.
