청소년의 가정폭력 경험이 성폭력 가해에 미치는 영향 연구 : 인터넷 음란물 중독의 매개효과 검증 = A Study on the Impact of Family-Violence Experience to the Act of Sexual Violence among Adolescents:the Mediating Effect of Addiction to Indecent Internet Materials

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리나라 청소년들의 가정폭력 경험이 성폭력 가해에 미치는
영향과 인터넷 음란물 중독이 가정폭력 경험과 성폭력 가해의 관계를 매개할 수 있는가에 대한 연구에 목적이 있다. 가정폭력 경험은 하위유형으로 부부폭력 경험과 자녀학대 경험을 통합하여 수행되었다.
본 조사는 양적 설문조사에 의해 이루어졌고 조사대상자는 경기지역에 있는 중·고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년들을 대상으로 하였다. 2010년 11월 8일부터 11월 19일 기간 동안 직접 방문하여 설문지를 배포하고 자기기입식 설문조사 방식을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 결과분석에서는 505명의 자료가 사용되었으며, SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, t-test, ANOVA검증, Baron & Kenny 매개모형검증, Aroian Test 등을 실시하였다.
연구결과, 가정폭력 경험이 있는 청소년들일수록 성폭력 가해가 증가되
었을 뿐만 아니라 가정폭력 경험의 하위유형인 부부폭력 노출 경험과 자
녀학대 경험이 있는 청소년들일수록 인터넷 음란물 중독이 증가되었다. 또한 가정폭력 경험이 성폭력 가해에 미치는 영향에 대한 인터넷 음란
물 중독 매개를 검증한 결과, 고학년의 청소년들일수록 인터넷 음란
물 중독이 증가 되었다. 인터넷 음란물 중독이 청소년의 성폭력 가해에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 인터넷 음란물 중독이 증가할수록 성폭력 가해는 증가되었다. 그리고 가정폭력 경험이 성폭력 가해 미치는 영
향에 대한 인터넷 음란물중독의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 가정폭력 경험
이 많을수록 성폭력 가해의 간접적 효과도 감소하였으므로 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 가정폭력 경험의 하위유형인 부부폭력 경험과 자녀폭력 경우에서도 같은 결과를 나타내었다.
따라서 본 연구는 연구목적 결과에 근거하여 사회복지 실천적 측면에서
다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다.
첫째, 본 연구에서 가정폭력경험이 있는 청소년들의 비율과 하위유형인
부부폭력 경험과 자녀학대 경험이 있는 청소년들의 비율이 높게 나타난
것이 나타났는데, 이에 대한 대안으로 가정폭력 행위자 교정치료 프로그램 및 자녀학대 예방의 사회복지 프로그램이 필요할 뿐만 아니라 구체적인 대상 및 개입이 필요하다.
둘째, 본 연구에서 인터넷 음란물 중독 집단인 청소년들은 100명 중 약 17명 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 인터넷 중독자들은 사회에 부적응적인생활을 한다. 그렇기 때문에 이들을 위한 사회복지기관과 정신수련기관의
사회적응프로그램을 개발해야 한다.
셋째, 본 연구에서는 청소년들의 가정폭력 경험과 하위유형인 부부폭력
경험, 자녀학대 경험이 인터넷 음란물중독에 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 청소년들이 직접 경험하는 학대경험 뿐만 아니라 부부사이에서 일어나는 폭력에 의해 청소년들이 노출되었을 때도 인터넷 음란물 중독에 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 인터넷 음란물 중독자들을 위한 인터넷 음란물 방지 프로그램이 필요하다.
넷째, 가정폭력 경험이 성폭력 가해를 증가시키는 것에 대한 인터넷음란물 중독의 매개효과는 가정폭력의 영향을 증가시키는 역할과 성폭력 가해의 영향을 증가시키는 역할을 한다. 그러므로 인터넷 음란물 중독을 감소시키는 프로그램 개발이 필요하고, 사회복지관의 상담센터에서의 교육프로그램이 활성화 되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the family-violence experience of adolescents on their act of sexual violence and the mediating effect of addiction to indecent Internet materials on their family-violence experience and sexual violence. The family-violence experience was classified into two: experience of marital violence and abuse experience. A quantitative survey was conducted to gather data. The subjects in this study were the teens in secondary schools located in Gyeonggi Province. After a self-administered survey was implemented in person from November 8 to 19, 2010, the answer sheets from 505 respondents were analyzed. A SPSS 18.0 program was employed, and frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, crosstabs, t-test, ANVOA Baron & Kenny's mediation model test method and Arian test were utilized.
The findings of the study were as follows:
The teens who had more family-violence experiences committed more sexual violence, and those who were more exposed to marital violence and who had more experience to be abused were more addicted to indecent online materials.
As a result of investigating whether family- violence experience affected the act of sexual violence through the mediating effect of addiction to indecent Internet materials, the adolescents who were in the upper grades were more addicted to indecent online materials.
As for the mediating effect of addiction to indecent online materials on the relationship between family-violence experience and the act of sexual violence, those who had more family-violence experience offered more sexual violence. That was also the case for the subtypes of family-violence experience that were experience of marital violence and abuse experience.
The significance of this study could be explained as below:
First, the rate of the teens with family-violence experience was high, and the rate of those who were exposed to marital violence and had experience to be abused was high as well. It indicated that family violence still took place frequently in Korean society. Second, the family-violence experience of the adolescents and the subtypes of family-violence experience that were marital-violence experience and abuse experience had an impact on addiction to indecent Internet materials. Specifically, their Internet addiction was under the influence of abuse experience and exposure to marital violence.
Third, approximately 17 out of 100 adolescents investigated were found to be addicts of indecent Internet materials in this study. As Internet addicts fail to adapt themselves to society, it's required to pay close attention to those people, and more intervention programs should be provided to them.
Fourth, in relation to the mediating effect of addiction to indecent online materials on the relationship between family-violence experience and the act of sexual violence, that addiction served to relieve the influence of family violence and sexual violence committing.
Therefore adolescents who are at a high risk of being addicted to indecent online materials should be informed and educated about the hazard of that addiction and how to cope with it.
