효율적인 어휘 지도 방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

학습자 스스로 어휘에 대한 관심을 가지고 창조적 사용이 이루어져야 하므로 학습자에 초점을 둔 학습모형이 끊임없이 계발되어야 한다. 그러나 지금까지 체계적인 어휘 지도 방법론은 미진하므로, 본고에서는 학습자가 어휘를 습득하는 과정을 염두에 두고, 교육 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 어휘 교수-학습 방법을 제시하는 데 목적을 두고자 한다.
Ⅱ장에서는 어휘를 지도하는 방법과 어휘 교육을 대하는 방향, 태도 등의 바탕이 되는 어휘 교육에 대한 관점을 검토해보았으며, 효율적으로 어휘를 지도하기 위해서는 도구적 관점과 인지적 관점이 접목된 방법이 사용되어야 한다는 것을 이론적 근거를 들어 밝히고 있다. Ⅲ장에서는 교육용 어휘를 선정하는 기준과 문학 작품과의 연계 필요성을 검토하고 현장에서 어휘 교육이 어떻게 이루어질 수 있는지 교수-학습 모형을 제시하고 있으며, 그것을 바탕으로 적용 실례를 들고 있다.
본 연구는 중학교 1학년 교과서에 수록된 문학 작품의 어휘를 바탕으로 지도 모형을 제시하고 있지만, 실제 교육 현장에서 적용, 그 실효성을 검증하지 못한 점이 한계로 남았음을 밝힌다. 그러나 어휘 교육에 대한 지속적인 관심과 연구는 체계적인 어휘 교육 방법에 대한 성과로 이어질 수 있으리라 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A Learning model focused on the learners should be developed constantly because creative use is accomplished that learners are interested in vocabulary by themselves. Since systematic methodology of vocabulary teaching is not entirely satisfactory so far, this thesis will show that it is aimed at suggesting vocabulary teaching-learning method to apply in educational spot with process acquiring vocabulary in mind.
In chapter Ⅱ, this study examined the view of vocabulary instruction which based on method of vocabulary teaching, direction of vocabulary instruction and attitude. To teach the vocabulary effectively, it has discovered the facts that it should be used the combined method instrumental view with cognitive view while establishing theoretical basis. In chapter Ⅲ, the study examined the connected necessity the standard of selecting instructional vocabulary with literary works. Moreover, it suggests teaching-learning model how vocabulary instruction achieved in educational spot and giving the examples based on them.
This study suggests teaching model based on vocabulary of literary works with contained the first year of secondary of Text book, but there is a limit that it didn't verify the application, effectiveness in real educational spot. However, it expects that continuous interest and research can lead to achievement about systematic methodology of vocabulary teaching.
