청소년의 스트레스 정도와 성태도가 성행동에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Adolescent's Stress and Sexual Attitudes on their Sexual Behaviors

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 청소년에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아봄으로써 청소년의 성교육에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다.
연구문제1) 스트레스 정도는 성행동과 어떠한 상관관계가 있는가?
연구문제2) 성태도는 성행동과 어떠한 상관관계가 있는가?
연구문제3) 스트레스 정도와 성태도와는 어떠한 상관관계가 있는가?
연구문제4) 스트레스 정도와 성태도는 성행동에 영향을 미칠 것이다.
이 연구를 위해 대전에 소재 하고 있는 고등학교 남학생 163명과 여학생 187명 총 350명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 각 변인들 간의 상관분석을 알아보기 위해 SPSS 14.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관분석과 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째 스트레스의 하위변인 중 학교관련, 친구관련, 생활환경, 자기자신 스트레스가 성행동과 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 학교관련 스트레스는 성행동과 정적상관을 나타냈고 친구관련, 생활환경, 자기자신 스트레스는 성행동과 부적성관을 나타냈다.
두 번째로 성태도의 하위변인 중 사춘기 특성, 임신 및 피임, 이성교제, 성병, 성문제 및 성윤리가 성행동과 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 사춘기 특성만이 성행동과 정적상관을 나타냈고 나머지 모든 하위요인들은 성행동과 부적 상관을 나타냈다.
세 번째로 스트레스의 학교관련 자기 자신과 성태도의 사춘기 특성, 이성교제가 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 나머지는 다른 요인들은 유의미한 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다.
마지막으로 스트레스와 성태도는 청소년의 성행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 스트레스를 많이 받을수록 청소년들은 성행동을 많이 하고 성태도가 긍정적일수록 성행동은 줄어드는 것을 알 수 있다.
위와 같은 연구를 통해 청소년들에게 체계적이고 과학적인 연구를 통한 실질적인 성교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that have effects on the sexual behaviors of youths and provides the basic material for sexual education of youths.
To achieve this goal, four research subjects were set up as follows.
Research subjectⅠ. What is correlation between stress and sexual behaviors?
Research subjectⅡ. What is correlation between sexual attitudes and sexual behaviors?
Research subjectⅢ. What is correlation between stress and sexual attitudes?
Research subjectⅣ. The stress and sexual attitudes might influence on sexual behaviors.
For this research, there is a questionnaire on 350 high school students who consist of 163 boys and 187 girls in Dae Jeon. To analyze data, correlation analysis and regression analysis by spss program version 14.0 were conducted. The major results of this research are as follow.
Firstly, there was a significant correlation between four factors(school, friends, life environment and the self) of stress and sexual behaviors. The stress factor in school has positive relationships with sexual behaviors and the stress factors on friends, life environment and the self have negative relationships with sexual behaviors.
Secondly, there was a significant correlation between five factors(the character of adolescence, pregnancy and contraception, relationship between boy and girl a venereal disease, a sex problem and sexual morality)of sexual attitudes and sexual behaviors. The character of adolescence of sexual attitudes has positive relationships with sexual behaviors and the others has negative relationships with sexual behaviors.
Thirdly, there was a correlation between the school and the self of stress factors and the character of adolescence and relationship between boy and girl of sexual attitudes factors and there was no relation to the other factors.
The lastly, degree of stress and sexual attitudes influence on sexual behaviors. This study shows the higher stress is the more the students display sexual behaviors and the higher positive sexual attitudes is the lower the students show theirs sexual behaviors.
Through the result of the research, practical sex education will have to be achieved through systematic and scientific study.
