DACUM 방법에 의한 건설용 타워크레인 기능사 자격 교육과정 개발연구 = Curriculum development for engineer by method of DACUM in a Tower crane

국문 초록 (Abstract)

타워크레인 운전기능사 자격은 2005년 11월 국가자격법 시행규칙이 개정되어 국가 기술 자격으로 신설되었으며, 2006년 제 1회 자격시험이 시행되었다. 그러나 타워크레인운전 자격 취득 후에 즉각적인 활용이 미흡함에 따라 타워크레인 운전기능사 교과목을 체계적이고 현실적인 교과목으로 만들기 위하여 직무분석 방법 중 하나인 DACUM Method를 통하여 분석하였다.
본 연구는 DACUM 방법을 활용하여 연구 설계모형을 설정하였으며 현장 직무에 적합한 자격을 취득할 수 있는 체계적인 교과과정을 개발하였다. 기존의 교과목과 개선 교과목을 비교 평가하였고 DACUM Method를 활용하여 최종적으로 7개 교과목을 도출하였으며 그 내용은 다음과 같다.
- 타워크레인 구조 및 기능일반
- 양중작업 일반
- 타워크레인 설치, 해체 및 지지, 상승작업 일반
- 타워크레인 점검 및 수리 일반
- 안전관리 및 산업안전보건법
- 타워크레인 운전기초실무Ⅰ
- 타워크레인 운전숙련실무Ⅱ 등을 개발하였다.
따라서 본 연구로부터 검증 된 바와 같이 신규로 타워크레인 운전 기능사 자격을 취득하고자 하는 자는 필수 7개 교과목을 학습함으로서 모든 건설 현장에서 요구하는 타워크레인 운전 기능사가 될 것이다.
향후 연구과제로는 타워크레인이 점진적인 첨단 장비로의 신개발과 주변기기의 개발 및 국, 내외 건설 분야의 신공법 개발에 따라 직무분석을 통한 타워크레인 교과목의 연구와 분석이 필요할 것이다.

Certificate for Tower Crane Engineer was newly established as a national technical qualification in November 2005 when the enforcement regulations of National Technical Qualification Law was revised, and its first examination was implemented in 2006. The current study analyzed the certificate through DACUM Method, one of occupational duty analysis methods, in order to make the curriculum more systematic and realistic because immediate use after acquiring the Certificate for Tower Crane Engineer is insufficient.
The study created a research design model using DACUM Method and developed a systematic curriculum that can acquire a qualification suitable for field position. It also comparatively evaluated the existing subjects and the improved subjects and finally induced 7 subjects using DACUM Method as follows.
- Structure and Functions of T0WER CRANE
- Lifting Work
- Erecting, Dismantling, Bracing and Telescoping of TOWER CRANE
- Maintenance and Repair of TOWER CRANE
- Safety Management and Industrial Safety and Health Law
- Basic Operation of TOWER CRANE I
- Advanced Operation of TOWER CRANE Ⅱ
Accordingly, as demonstrated in the study, those who want to newly acquire Certificate for Tower Crane Engineer can become tower crane engineers needed by construction field by learning the above 7 required subjects.
As follow-up study, it is necessary to study and analyze tower crane subjects through occupational duty analysis as tower crane is gradually developing as up-to-date equipment, other equipment is also developing, and new construction methods are developed in the construction industry both at home and abroad.
