시설 아동 및 청소년 대상 독서치료프로그램의 효과 연구 : 대구광역시 아동복지시설 독서치료 프로그램을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the necessity and effect of Bibliotherapy Program for children and teenagers in care program, and to raise several points and remedies. At the same time, try to research the way to improve reading ability on children and teenagers in the institutions.
Based on the problems which is the result of this study, there are improvements classified into environment, manpower, the way to operate the program, the effect of Bibliotherapy, and devices to improve reading ability as follows.
Improvements from the environment side, first close mutual cooperation between social workers and Bibliotherapist should be accomplished. Second, efforts for students who are not interested in reading itself should be premised. Third, accompanied with supporting government´s budget, institutions should endeavor to install various materials.
Improvements from the manpower side, first, professional Bibliotherapist should be available. Second, evaluation tools to evaluate Biliotherapist's result must be developed. Third, Biliotherapist should be set out according to consultation techniques. Forth, Bibliotherapy Operation Program using social workers should be contrived.
There are ways to improve operating program. First, we should investigate student's demand to organize Bibliotherapy contents and recourses. Second, it is necessary to give Bibliotherapy activities which have a sequence to students.
To improve effect of Bibliotherapy, under the social workers' active support, program operation for small group - consisted of 3 or 4 - is needed. And also, student's request survey should be preceded before the very beginning of Bibliotherapy program.
There are ways to improve reading ability on children and teenagers in the institutions such as expansion of books and publications, environment reformation, expansion of equipment, government's interest and support, social worker's effort and etc. However, the most important thing is institution's active practice for children and teenagers in the institutions.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대구광역시 교육청에서 실시하고 있는 아동복지시설 대상 독서치료 프로그램을 중심으로 시설 아동과 청소년을 대상으로 하는 독서치료 프로그램의 필요성과 효과에 관해 분석하고 프로그램 운영상의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 시설아동과 청소년들의 독서능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 관해 연구하였다.
연구 결과 나타난 문제점을 바탕으로 환경 측면, 인력 측면, 프로그램 운영 방법 측면, 독서치료 효과 측면, 독서능력 향상 방안을 위한 측면으로 나누어 개선방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다.
먼저 환경 측면의 개선방안으로 첫째, 사회복지사와 독서치료사간의 긴밀한 상호협력이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 독서자체에 흥미를 가지지 못하는 학생들을 위한 노력이 전제되어야 한다. 셋째, 다양한 기자재 설치를 위해 시설들의 자체적 노력과 함께 정부의 예산 지원이 이루어져야 한다.
인력 측면의 개선방안으로는 첫째, 전문성을 갖춘 독서치료사의 수급이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 독서치료사들의 독서치료 성과에 대한 평가를 위해 평가도구가 개발되어야 한다. 셋째, 상담 방법에 따른 독서치료사들의 인력배치가 이루어져야 한다. 넷째, 사회복지사들을 활용한 독서치료 프로그램 운영방안을 강구해야 한다.
프로그램 운영 방법 측면의 개선방안으로는 첫째, 독서치료 내용 구성과 자료선정을 위해 학생들에 대한 요구사정이 철저히 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 학생들이 독서치료 과정에서 연속성을 가질 수 있는 활동이 필요하다.
독서치료 효과 측면의 개선방안으로는 사회복지사들의 적극적인 협조를 바탕으로 3 - 4명 정도의 소집단을 대상으로 하는 프로그램 운영이 필요하며 독서치료 개입 초기에 학생들의 요구조사가 선행되어야 한다.
시설아동과 청소년의 독서능력 향상을 위한 개선방안으로는 도서 확충, 환경개선, 비품확충, 예산확보, 정부의 관심과 지원, 사회복지사들의 노력 등이 있다. 그러나 가장 중요한 것은 시설 아동과 청소년들을 위해 노력하는 시설들의 적극적인 실천일 것이다.
