For data analysis, the multivariate method(MANOVA) and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS WIN Program 12.0.The results of the present study could be summarized as follows:First, differences are observed in a sense of gender-role identity, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction depending on personal aspects of an individual such as age, rank, place of service, period of service, a branch of the service, alma maters, marital status, and whether to have kids or not.Second, the neutral, the masculine pattern of gender-role identity showed higher degree of a sense of self-efficacy than the feminine, unspecialized pattern did.Third, the neuter, masculine pattern of gender-role identity showed higher degree of job satisfaction than the feminine, unspecialized pattern did.Fourth, it was found that the higher standard of a sense of self-efficacy an individual has, the higher job satisfaction he or she feels. In conclusion, wrapping up the correlation among women soldiers' sense of gender role identity, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction, a sense of self-efficacy and degree of job satisfaction are high when the sense of gender-role identity is neuter and the degree of job satisfaction could be high only through a high sense of self-efficacy. In order to promote women soldiers' sense of self-efficacy and job satisfaction, it is required to encourage the women soldiers to take advantage of their feminity together with masculine elements rather than to educate and force them to enrich masculine elements only. For this purpose, it is suggested that both men and women soldiers convert their consciousness deeply rooted in their mind.
