자기통제력과 스트레스 대처유형이 청소년의 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Self-control and Stress Coping Method on Adolescent's Internet Addiction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

청소년은 다른 연령에 비해 많은 발달적 변화를 경험하며, 인터넷 중독으로 인해 발생하는 문제들 역시 그 정도가 심각한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 청소년의 자기통제력, 스트레스 대처유형을 통해 인터넷 중독을 살펴보고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 중부권 소재의 고등학교를 방문하여 조사하였으며, 총405명의 자료를 연구에 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 자기통제력과 인터넷 중독, 스트레스 대처유형과 인터넷 중독간에 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 자기통제력과 스트레스 대처유형이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다.
연구 결과, 자기통제력과 정서 지향적 대처행동은 인터넷 중독과 유의미한 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기통제력과 정서 지향적 대처행동은 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보이며, 그 중 자기통제력이 보다 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과에 대해 연구자는 청소년의 인터넷 중독을 이해하고, 예방적 접근을 시도하기 위한 자료를 제공하는 것에 의미를 두고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In comparison with other age, youth experiences a lot of developmental change, going through developmental time, and it appears that internet addiction in adolescence is a serious problem. Thereupon I wanted to investigate internet addiction in association with self-control and stress coping method in adolescence.
I collected the data by visiting and surveying the high school; in this study data on a total of 405 students were used. I had a correlation analysis between internet addiction and stress coping method and self-control, and a multiple regression analysis was applied to the research to recognize whether self-control and stress coping method have an effect on internet addiction.
Conclusion of this study is that self-control and emotion-oriented management for stress have a meaningful correlation with internet addiction, and especially self-control has a greater influence on internet addiction.
It could hold a meaning that through this study, researchers can understand internet addiction in adolescence and be provided with data to try a preventive approach.
