The purse of this study was examine the effect of women's object relations on angry in adult women and the role of the internalized shame in the relationship between women's object relations and angry. 554 Korean women in Daegu completed the Object Relations Inventory, Internalized Shame Scale, State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory Korean Version.
The data was statistically processed through stepwise multiple regression and hierarchical multiple regression.
The results indicated that women's object relations had a positive effect on anger and internalized shame. The examination of the role of internalized shame as meditator showed that internalized shame partially mediates the effect of women's object relation on anger.
Based on the finding, implications to understandings and therapeutic interventions were discussed. Limitations of the current study and the suggestions for further research were offered.
