    This paper is on how to make neolithic stone tools and uses stone tools excavated from Jingeuneul site at Jinan, Jeonbuk, Korea. This study aims to examine features and manufacturing methods of neolithic stone tools at Jingeuneul site and further reveal the character of Jingeuneul site.
    This paper consists of the following ;
    Chapter 2 arranges existing researches and methodology on stone tools. It summarizes history of research of manufacturing methods and analyzes stone tools using standard of stone tools observation of Jingeuneul site report.
    Chapter 3 manufacturing process by shapes into that of chipped stone implement. Manufacturing process of chipped stone implement includes acquisition of raw materials, preparation of body, shaping, making blade and worn trace and uses analyses of raw material quantity, topography and geology, classification of body and quantity, flake and retouching and arranges features of worn traces.
    Chapter 4 describes manufacturing process and features of chipped and summarizes finished stone implements. Namely, it collects stone implements made by the stages of manufacturing stone implements and arranging manufacturing techniques and acts. In particular, stone implements are divided into cutter and shovel depending on shapes of stone implements and location of blade and process of using them is examined through mounting of handle and groove binding string.
    In summary, it is found that stone implements at Jingeuneul site were manufactured on the basis of regular rules and forms according to manufacturing stages from their applications. And the Jingeuneul site was made for 500 years from the middle period to the last period of Neolithic era and it seemed that hunting and farming were conducted centering around picking.
