育兒施設兒童의 生活環境要因이 學校適應에 미치는 影響

Today, the recognition for the child welfare facilities environment has been rising in our society. The objectives of this research were to school adaptation of facilities child to focus on the problem that causing it and to improve the institution like child welfare facilities.
Subjectives of this research were 370 children that is living in child welfare facilities in Pusan and Taegu. They were 142 middle school and 228 high school students were involved.
The result data were analyzed by frequent percentage, Pearson Correlation, and Independent-Samples T-test.
The result of the survey can be summarized as follow:
First of all, to improve their daily standard living, specially to adapt in school life, there are things to be change in institution environment. Focus on individual with care is must for the child to have a safe standard of living.
Secondly, to provide specific and safe service developing a program to support that specific child, ensures to receive a better care. Special child, like who is sensitive, needs an high-paid, skillful individual who is professional in their field.
Thirdly, to provide high-standard service for a child needs a system where involvement from both federal and local government working together to come up with some kind of solution to guarantee the child to smooth transaction to a society. To do so, the current support system from the foundation, needs to be locked up.
Fourth, a current payment to a child is inadequate for them to have a normal school life. A government should have responsible for both, those who retires from the institution, to receive raised payment to cover their individual needs.
