대학생 자원봉사활동의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 : 대구지역 사회복지관을 중심으로 = A Study on Ways to Activate Voluntary Service of University Students : With Emphasis on the welfare center in Daegu City

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to present actual basic material to contribute in activation of university student volunteer activity by that manage volunteers efficiently in welfare center which use university student volunteers.
For empirical analysis, the date used for this study had been collected from 209 university students volunteers in welfare center located in Daegu city through the random sampling.
Therefore, analyzed whether cause effect that certain leading person is important investigating general tendency, personal relations factor, administration factor, activity quality that is factor connected with university student volunteer activity, and the result is as following.
First, general quality of university student volunteers was girl students of 2, 3 school year that plurality of volunteer worker has religion, and examined that they have volunteer activity experience. Also, a students who accomplish groupuscule with selfish motive and do volunteer activity is more than half.
Second, family's approval rating of university student volunteer personal relations factor's quality appeared high, and relation with colleague expressed the highest point.
Third, a students of number that university student volunteer's management factor's quality is less comparatively took preliminary education, and education contents were expose that a most student satisfies. Students more than half are charging payment about volunteer activity, necessary activity broom of contents of compensation accomplished main current, and was expose that satisfies mostly about this in volunteer activity. Organization administration factor that express welfare center's administration degree and business factor that express own business awareness degree expressed all high points.
Fourth, 6 months low of volunteer activity continuance period appeared highest if examine university student volunteer's activity quality, and month activity number of times 4th, 3 hours of average volunteer activity time appeared most. Continuance will appeared fairly high, and participation attitude appeared comparatively actively.
Fifth, difference of activity quality by general quality about continuance activity period and significant difference of continuance will appeared in distinction of sex continuance activity period and advance preparations, significant difference of continuance will appeared in existence and nonexistence of religion and continuance activity period and significant difference of continuance will appeared in school year. Significant difference appeared from continuance activity period, month activity number of times, activity time, advance preparations degree, positiveness degree of progress, continuance will, all of major practical use in activity career. Continuance activity period and significant difference of month activity number of times appeared in participation motive, and continuance activity period, advance preparations degree, significant difference of continuance will appeared in participation form, and a student who participate with friends than a student or in volunteer activity through part individually that take part in volunteer activity through social service subject taking a course of advance preparations degree appeared by more active thing, and persistence showed significant difference averagely.
Sixth, university student volunteer activity factor displayed effect in continuance activity period by personal relations (whole), distinction of sex, school year religion order, and effect factor was expose by relation with greate box, compensation, religion order in advance preparations degree of participation attitude. Approval rating (whole) of factor which influence in positiveness of progress appeared among participation attitude. Business factor, activity motive appeared by factor that influence in ratio about major practical use, and appeared by factor that influence in continuance will by personal relations (whole) religion, personal experience, education order.
If present activation way of university student volunteer activity on the basis of these findings, is as following. Extension of volunteer activity service-area and many efforts of worker are required for smooth personal relations by way to activate university student volunteer activity.
volunteer activity program by participation form may have to develop actively, and must be interested to education and compensation about volunteer. Must do so that can develop correct social service program in each seat of learning (electrician) and accommodate college students' various desire and expectation maximum.
Finally, subject for succession study grasps system that manage university student volunteer activity, must establish efficient college student volunteer activity administration system.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생 자원봉사자를 활용하는 기관에서 효율적?체계적으로 자원봉사자를 관리하여 대학생 자원봉사활동의 활성화에 이바지 하고자 실증적인 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 행해졌다.
대학생 자원봉사자의 일반적 특성을 살펴보면 대다수가 2, 3학년의 여학생들이며, 종교를 가지고 있었다. 현재의 자원봉사활동을 하기 전에 자원봉사활동경험이 있는 학생들이 많았으며, 이기적 동기에 의해 소집단을 이루며 자원봉사활동에 참여하는 학생들이 절반 이상이었다. 사회적 지지에서는 가족의 지지도가 높았으며, 대인관계에서는 동료와의 관계가 가장 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 자원봉사활동에 참여한 학생 중 비교적 적은 수의 학생만이 교육에 참여하였지만 교육의 내용에는 상당히 만족하였고, 많은 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 자원봉사활동에 대한 보상을 받는 학생들이 많았으며, 보상의 내용에 대해서도 대부분 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.
대학생 자원봉사활동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 우선 지속활동기간에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 대인관계, 성별, 학년, 종교 순으로 나타났으며, 준비정도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 대상자와의 관계, 보상, 종교 순으로 나타났다. 전공활용도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 업무요인, 활동동기로 나타났고, 지속의지에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 대인관계, 종교, 활동경험, 교육 순으로 나타났다.
따라서 대학생 자원봉사활동을 활성화시키기 위한 방안으로는 원만한 대인관계를 위한 자원봉사활동 수요처 및 담당 사회복지사의 많은 노력이 요구되며 참여형태와 자원봉사자의 전공을 고려한 적절한 배치가 이루어져야 할 것이며, 자원봉사에 대한 적절한 교육과 보상에도 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. 또한 실제적으로 실시되고 있는 대학생 자원봉사활동에 대한 프로그램들의 효과성을 검증 할 수 있는 조사연구를 하여 다양한 프로그램을 개발해야 할 것이다.
